Research... Finding The Answers

Biomedica Lab's research focuses on better understanding of cell structures and function as they relate to disease and aging, and the associated development of formulations that will delay or prevent the mechanisms that lead to tissue inflammation and eventual decline. Our primary research to date has centered on changes to the cell in the following areas:

Stability, protective abilities, adaptation to changing environmental conditions, and ability to effectively receive hormones and other growth factors.

Life-threatening diseases such as heart disease, stroke, cancer, and Alzheimer's disease, and other degenerative diseases such as osteoarthritis and osteoporosis are to a large degree caused by the progressive decline in normal cell structure and function that come with age.

Their research is leading to the development of a variety of nutraceuticals and bionutritionals that will help improve cell structure and function, thereby slowing or halting the processes that lead to disease and aging.
