Bath - 5-6 drops for a comforting and soothing bath. Maybe
used through inhalation. Massage - 10-15 drops in 60 ml of carrier oil,
rub on the chest for coughs, ease sore throat or use for a body massage
to detoxify. Skin and Hair care - add a few drops to unscented products to
treat oily skin. Maybe used to anoint the chakras. |
