| Usage |
Inhalation - to clear a stuffy head place a couple of drops
in the palms and rub together then breathe deeply with hands cupped over

Bath - 5-6 drops as a tonic for the skin and respiratory
system.
Diffuse - to refresh a tired mind and/or clear a stuffy head.
Cleaner - 6 drops in 60ml of distilled water to disinfect counters and
utensils. |
