Like any good coach, we focus on basics.
We start with water,
the universal solvent of life on this planet. Every living process
on Earth started in the primordial oceans, the amniotic fluid of
life. Even your blood resembles sea water very closely.
Next to oxygen (5 minutes without it, and it's over), water is
very important! We can go without water for a maximum of 5 days.
We loose about 2 quarts of water every day (sweat, urine, tears,
breathing, etc.). We feel either thirst or pain when the balance
is out by 1-2 percent. If we loose 5 percent of total water volume,
we suffer hallucinations. A loss of 15 percent is usually fatal.
Water is not well understood. There is a difference between hydration

The next all important aspect of our existence is energy. Living
energy. We get it from eating living foods. That means nutrient
rich correctly preserved foods that have been carefully grown, harvested
and brought to you with their nutrients (especially enzymes) still
intact.
Most degenerative diseases take years to develop. They are like
the proverbial iceberg – most of the problem is hidden from
view, below the water line. The symptoms we see are just the tip.
Think of a headache – can it be possibly caused by an ibuprofen
deficiency? Or is it caused by dehydration and toxicity? Of course
you can switch off the signaling system and make the pain go away
with a chemical drug. But that’s like unplugging the oil pressure
warning light in your car's dashboard …
Good nutrition is becoming harder to attain. Our foods are grown
