Dear LEC Reader,
The most important discovery about your health, or about the cause of
dis-ease, may be this: your consciousness affects your well being.
Your state of health is directly influenced by your thoughts and emotions.
Some people call it frequency or vibration - and they reflect your level
of consciousness.
We focus on finding products that can help you rebuild and rejuvenate
your body. We would much rather work on keeping and expanding wellness.
Unfortunately, most of our customers come to us only after they
have found themselves in some amount of trouble
So let me tell you about the special promotion we came up with for the
upcoming winter season: it is time for luxurious rejuvenating and restructuring
baths, and for that you will need either the Twilight Laundry Appliance
(which should be called the Bath Buddy, really), or the Twilight America
Crystal Cupcake, or perhaps the Star Chamber Receiver. Having four of the
Receivers in your hot tub will transform your soaking experience into an
aquatic bliss. And if you add to it the highly programmed Quantum Tech
Water... who knows what that will do for you. If you can, go ahead, treat
yourself...
To your health,
Martin Pytela

I just read an article about a study done on infections left behind in hotel rooms. Here is a short quote:
Hotel guests leave behind more than just socks and old paperbacks:
A new study found viruses on TV remotes, light switches and even
hotel pens after cold sufferers checked out. "We know that
viruses can survive on surfaces for a long time - more than four
days," said Dr. Birgit Winther, an ear, nose and throat specialist
at the university who led the study.
Its aim was to test the survival of rhinoviruses, which cause about
half of all colds, especially in children. Researchers had 15 people
with lab-confirmed rhinovirus colds spend a night in individual
rooms at a nearby hotel and, after they checked out, tested 10 items
they said they had touched. About one-third of the objects were
contaminated with rhinovirus.
"We were surprised to find so many," Winther said.
This report
points to the wrongheaded attitude this society has toward infections
and infectious diseases. We are not designed to keep our environment
sterile, we are meant to interact with it. There is virtually no
chance any cleaning crew can kill off all parasitic and infectious
remains. The answer to making it through the season without getting
sick lies in a two-pronged strategy: keep the challenges at minimum,
and build up your immune system.
Good quality lecithin helps your body uncloak viruses, and deal
with them through the natural maintenance process. Using common
sense hygiene habits (wash your hands), and living alkalizing life-style that includes supplementing with lecithin has kept
my family trouble free.

This note came from Marelon
Bjorkaes, energy worker and health practitioner:
One
of my clients dropped one drop of The Gift on the floor while
she was taking it. Her (troubled) Rottweiler licked it up and had
a total meltdown within minutes. It was bad enough that the client
thought she had better stop taking it herself!
But the next day, the Rottie was in bliss, rolling around on her
back playing happily and peacefully with toys that she's never taken
any notice of before!
"Jade" is a Rottweiler who was rescued from being put
down about four years ago as she was unpredictable. Her current
owner has taken her to various obedience classes but Jade still
tended to attack other dogs seemingly without warning. A muzzle
seemed the only solution but that often makes the problem even worse.
After Jade licked up the drop of The Gift, she mmediately began
following her owner around everywhere in the house, which is very
unusual behaviour. Later that night there was a very loud thunderstorm
and Jade was uncharacteristically terrified, climbing on the bed,
trying to get under the bed, shaking terribly and rolling her eyes.
It really frightened her owner.
The next day, Jade had a red "rash" all over her belly
and under her chin. However, that disappeared within hours and soon
Jade began blissfully playing with her toys - rolling around happily
on her back like a puppy. Again, this was very uncharacteristic.
Since that time, Jade has stopped trying to attack other dogs. On
the leash, she no longer lunges at passing dogs, she watches them
but leaves slack in the leash instead of leaping and yanking.
Now the owner gives Jade one drop of The Gift twice a week. "Self
Confidence in a Bottle" has even given a troubled Rottweiler inner
peace!

Last year, researchers from the Jean Mayer USDA Human Nutrition
Research Center on Aging at Tufts University recruited more than
320 healthy older men from a Veterans Affairs study on aging. At
baseline, all of the men completed food-frequency questionnaires,
and blood was drawn from each subject to measure B vitamins and
homocysteine. Over the following three years the men took occasional
tests to monitor cognitive function.
At the conclusion of the study, researchers reported these results:
* High homocysteine levels were associated with a decline in recall memory
* High folate levels were significantly linked to verbal fluency
* Subjects with elevated folate levels had fewer declines in spatial copying
(a drawing test that measures the brain's ability to understand and reproduce
geometric figures)
Writing in the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition, the USDA
authors concluded that, "Low B vitamin and high homocysteine
concentrations predict cognitive decline."

So let me translate that for you into simple English: When you
eat a diet rich in chlorophyll and enzymes, your mind will stay
sharp ...
Jevari Oberon, the inventor and formulator of our Exsula Superfoods,
shared with me some thoughts about his recent trip to visit his father
to celebrate his 90th birthday. Jevari's dad is his longest living test
subject - almost 20 years on Exsula Superfoods. In his ninety-first Dad
drives his car, chops his firewood, and quotes from the Bible as if he
read it yesterday. This man was having heart pains in his late sixties
- so going from being ill with circulatory problems 25 years ago - he is
rather healthy at ninety. Not bad!
Exsula Superfoods work extremely well because of the uncompromised
quality of ingredients we use, and the fanatical attention we pay
during their processing to the preservation of enzymes, and to reduction
of particles down to fine powder. The result are products that get
us references such as this:
"I used Exsula for several years and loved it. I moved and
lost touch. Over the next six years I tried every possible superfood
on the market, and nothing came even close. When I take my Exsula,
it feels like I am flooding my cells with light! I am so delighted
that I found you again!"

I
just finished reading a recently published book written by one of
our members.
Maureen Taylor's A Place to Go is a wonderfully written personal account of Maureen's own decline and subsequent full recovery from a debilitating auto-immune disorder called scleroderma. It is a highly inspiring personal story. It does not tell of great achievements that you would read about in encyclopedias. It is about a really important personal victory. It is about something every person suffering from a chronic auto-immune disorder such as lupus, rheumatoid arthritis, fibromyalgia, migraines or other can aspire to achieve.
Maureen's book explains her protocol for tackling scleroderma, but more importantly it includes a clear description of her path taken to recovery. It is a path of claiming ownership of one's state of health, of researching and applying uncommon ideas and procedures, and most importantly of connecting with one's higher self, the soul, the creative force that brings us into this life and that gives meaning to our existence, and to the process each one of us goes through in our personal evolution.
I can relate to Maureen's story rather well. About 30 years ago
I was poisoned by mercury, which resulted in serious and crippling
health problems. After 10 years of decline in the hands of the mainstream
medical system I finally realized that I had to heal myself. I can't
say that I am in perfect health, but I certainly am healthier today
that I was back then. I did not write a whole book about it, only
a short synopsis, if you'd like to see.
I am sure that if it were not for my illness I would not be in
the holistic wellness business sharing my passion for helping people
find their own way to health. If you are at all interested in reading
an uplifting and inspirational story, and especially if you are
suffering from a chronic auto-immune disease, read the book.
A Place to Go: How Scleroderma Changed
My Life by Maureen Taylor
is available at Amazon for $13.95.
