Black Pepper is very stimulating and strengthening to the nervous system.
It eases frustration by providing stamina and warms the heart. A good oil to use before
commencing sporting activities as it helps with muscular aches and pains by increasing
blood flow to the muscles. It helps tired and aching limbs. Stimulates appetite, aids
digestion and generally expels toxins.
Usage
The powerful essential oil is best used in a blend as it could irritate
the skin. Test before using directly on the skin. Mix 5 drops each of Juniper, Lavender
and Black Pepper in a full bath of warm water this will eliminate chill and warm and relax
the body.
Massage 10-15 drops/60 ml carrier oil on the stomach to aid indigestion. May be used in a diffuser
to help lower high temperature.
Caution
Do not apply directly to the skin. Avoid during pregnancy.
