Usage:	For Cramps: Apply the remedy across the abdomen and lower back and massage gently. For "Those Mood Swings": Apply across the abdomen and massage gently also place a couple of drops in the palms and rub together then cup the hands over the nose and breath deeply. May be used in a bath by placing 10 drops in a full bath of warm water, gently massage the affected areas while soaking in the bath.
Ingredients:	Sweet Almond Oil, Grape seed Oil and Jojoba with a combination of Essential Oils of Geranium, Clary Sage, Chamomile and Lavender

Pain Relief:	Arthritic, rheumatic and muscular aches and pains. This remedy will ease the distress to the joints and muscles.
Usage:	Apply the remedy to the distressed area, lightly massage the remedy into the area. Use when ever the pain is present. Feel the almost immediate relief.
Ingredients:	Sweet Almond Oil, Grape seed Oil and Jojoba with a combination of Essential Oils of Lavender, Marjoram, Peppermint and Chamomile.

Headache Relief:	Headaches, hangovers, tense shoulder and neck muscles and general tension from stress. May also be used to unclog nasal passages.
Usage:	Apply the remedy to the forehead following the hair line, over the temples and down behind the ears to the back of the neck. You will feel warming and cooling as the essential oils ease the stress and ache. A great way to unwind and appreciate Essential Oils. Use whenever necessary.
Ingredients:	Sweet Almond Oil, Grape seed Oil and Jojoba with a combination of Essential Oils of Eucalyptus, Rosemary, Peppermint and Lavender.

First Aid:	Cuts, burns, bruises, insect bites and stings.
Usage:	Apply the remedy around open wounds or apply to band aids and cover the wound. May be applied directly to burns, stings and insect bites.
Ingredients:	Sweet Almond Oil, Grape seed Oil and Jojoba with a combination of Essential Oils of Frankincense, Lavender, Chamomile and Tea Tree.

Detox/Digest:	Helps with mild indigestion and expulsion of toxins and cellulite.
Usage:	For indigestion apply the remedy around the navel area, gently massage the remedy into the stomach area. To detoxify specific area of the body, apply the remedy directly to the area and massage gently. In a relaxing bath apply the remedy liberally to a face cloth and enjoy a full body massage.
Ingredients:	Sweet Almond Oil, Grape seed Oil and Jojoba with a combination of Essential Oils of Juniper, Fennel, Grapefruit and Rosemary.

Immune:	Sinus, allergies, coughs and colds and building up the immune system.
Usage:	Apply the remedy to either side of the bridge of the nose. Spread the liquid down under the cheek bones and up to the temples. Place some of the remedy on either side of the neck from the ear to the collar bone. Take deep breaths and calm your senses. Use regularly about three times a day to build the immune system or when allergic bouts of sneezing persist. Helps unclog nasal passages.
