Directions for Use
For normal, healthy children, it is best to eliminate any other nutritional
supplements and use only intraKID. It provides optimum daily nutritional
support.
Shake well before use.
Best taken on an empty stomach (if possible) first thing upon arising.
It is optimal to take half of the daily dose in the morning and half in
the afternoon. However, if that is not practical for the child, the full
dose in the morning will also work well.
After swallowing, sip 4 - 6 oz of Energized
Water (or non-chlorinated filtered water, never tap water).
You may eat food no less than 30 minutes before or after your dose. Do
not take medications, caffeine, or other supplements 2 hours before or
2 hours after taking dose.
Please take 1 day a week off (e.g., Sundays) to allow your body to rest.
Refrigerate after opening.

| * Note: if it is not possible or practical to
dose twice daily, give the full dose in the morning (1/2 oz for ages
2 to 3 and 1 oz. for ages 4+). For best results, vary the dose slightly
and time of day it is given to prevent the body from acclimating to
