Water: The Key Is Absorption And Hydration
by Brian David Andersen
The secondary, auxiliary and peripheral function of water (H2O)
is to transfer minerals and nutrients to your cells. The primary and most
important function of water is to hydrate your cells with the two chemical
elements in water - hydrogen and oxygen. The key to proper hydration is
that all of the molecules made of hydrogen and oxygen in the water are
absorbed and assimilated into your cells.
How completely and thoroughly water absorbs into your cells depends
upon the purity of the water and if the structure of the chemical elements
in the water are organized or chaotic. Organized water clings or adheres
to itself but disorganized water breaks apart or beads up. Rainwater drops
stay together when hitting your car hood but most other kinds of water
including expensive bottled water breaks apart and beads up when hitting
your car hood. Rainwater has what scientists label a low surface tension
(very desirable for hydration) and most other waters including expensive
bottled waters have a high surface tension (very undesirable for hydration).
Rainwater is the most pure and organized water on the planet and absorbs
immediately into and hydrates your cells. Optimum heath for the individual
would logically be provided by waters that are as close to the purity
and structure of fresh rainwater. So what waters either in bottles or
processed by mechanical devices or filters and are available for purchase
on the market today produce the purest water with the best coherent structure?
And again, the key to maximum absorption and hydration of water into
your cells is that water must have two (not just one) key properties.
If a water has purity but is disorganized (high surface tension) then
proper absorption and hydration will be hindered . And vice versa, if
the water is impure but is organized (low surface tension) the proper
absorption and hydration will also be hindered. Purity (also no fluorides)
and organization (low surface tension) are the two interwoven and linking
properties a water must have so your cells receive a maximum hydration
level thus you age slower, have more energy and vitality and be less vulnerable
to disease.
Bacteria in the digestive system of your body have the ability to organize
molecules of liquids you consume that have disorganization (high surface
tension). However, if the disorganized water also has what is called an
alkaline pH level, then the bacteria in your body can more easily organize
the water so absorption and hydration can take place. If the disorganized
water has what is called an acid pH level then the bacteria has more difficulty
organizing the water. Today there are devices that filter water while
also changing the pH level to an alkaline state but again those devices
do not organize the water (low surface tension).
However, if you are experiencing emotional or mental stress or had a
short or long term period of improper nutrition or have been exposed to
high doses of environmental toxins, then the bacteria in your digestive
system that organizes liquids are probably reduced in number and effectiveness.
Also the bacteria that organizes liquids in your digestive system gradually
reduces in number and power as you get older. A water with the two important
properties of rainwater is absorbed and hydrates your cells regardless
of any stress, nutrition, toxic or age factors.
On the market today, there are devices and chemical additives that organize
pure or impure water with any pH level. Some of the devices that organize
water do not touch the water, but change the water via subtle energies.
Before purchasing any kind of chemical additive, make sure the manufacturer
of the chemical additive provides full disclosure of all the ingredients
and the process to make the chemical additive. Full disclosure by the
manufacturer of the chemical additive will insure that you are not consuming
a very questionable substance know as a surfactant (soap) that also organizes
water. Devices that change the organization of water via subtle energies
do not use any kinds of surfactant and pose no potential long term health
threat whatsoever.
Below is a list of waters that have the highest absorption and provide
the best hydration to your cells. Water number one has the same properties
of rainwater and is the most efficient method of hydrating the cells and
water number 12 has one crucial property missing that is in rainwater
and is the most inefficient method of hydrating the cells.
1. Low temperature distilled water with a low surface tension
2. High temperature distilled water with a low surface tension
3. Filtered or bottled water in an alkaline state and low surface tension
4. Filtered or bottled water in an alkaline state and high surface tension
5. Filtered or bottled water in a acid state and low surface tension
6. Filtered or bottled water in a acid state and high surface tension
7. Tap water in an alkaline state and low surface tension
8. Tap water in an alkaline state and high surface tension
9. Tap water in an acid state and low surface tension.
10. Tap water in an acid state and high surface tension
11. High temperature distilled water with a high surface tension (sold
in grocery stores)
12. Low temperature distilled water with a high surface tension.
Brian David Andersen investigated water by placing the chemical elements
on circular and spiral tables that are detailed in his book titled The
Rhythms Of Nature.
