The Destiny Program

Presented by Insight Counselling & Training Inc. - year one of the Destiny Program is a dynamic, intensive seven-month self-healing and self discovery opportunity to awaken the power within each individual to change, mature, transform and heal with the support of the staff in the Destiny Program.

This exciting program has evolved over the past ten years and is currently offered in several locations in British Columbia and Alberta. The trainings includes weekend and seven day workshops, plus individual mentoring, group meetings, and weekly inspirational focus tapes. The primary focus is the creation of a safe, supportive environment to come alive and heal in Body, Heart, Mind, and Spirit.

Your greatest gift to the world is the awakening of your True Self, full of heart, inspiration, passion and vibrant energy. In truly becoming yourself, heartfelt dreams and ideals begin manifesting as your reality. A dynamic partnership with Spirit will create an exciting adventure as you become more radiant with inner light and expanded consciousness.

Year two of the Destiny Program is the opportunity to awaken your conscious connection to Higher Mind and accept your true identity as an infinitely powerful Being guided by the radiant presence of Spirit.

The call to leadership is both exciting and challenging. The path of leadership demands that you take responsibility for everything you have created and change what does not serve your true self. You learn to honour your family, and live within the light of Spirit's guidance. You step to the center of your life and choose a real life rather than being held back by victim stories. The willingness to step through your fears, pain or illusions to fulfill your deepest commitments is a valuable modeling for those you love or serve.

You will be creating a better life -- one based on love, confidence, commitment and service. A leader will only be trusted to the degree that he or she displays integrity. Greater self-love and the adoption of self-discipline allows one to mature more quickly, removing roles that have robbed you of conscious choice and true action, leaving you with an open heart and an expansive mind.

This first year is presented in two parts. The Spring Destiny Program is a dynamic, four-month program full of opportunities for healing and self-discovery. It offers three 3-day workshops and one 7-day inttensive with Henri McKinnon. The program includes individual mentoring, the support of the group meetings, weekly inspirational CD's, and a journal. We focus on providing a safe, confidential, encouraging environment. The letting go of patterns allows your body, heart and mind to come alive and start functioning at higher levels. Releasing what no longer serves you allows change.

The second part of Year 1 is a 3-month Fall program. As your commitment to integrity, self-acceptance and healing deepens, you recognize the principles that generate success, open communication, and a genuine sense of good fortune, affluence and love.

Individuals may begin the Destiny Program in either the Spring or the Fall.

Year three Statement of Intent:

To follow the callings of your soul, the purposes you chose for this lifetime. To awaken to the infinite love of the Divine within and the joy of fully sharing your limitless gifts with the world.

Year 3 is normally only undertaken by Senior Graduate students and Mentors, and is the choice to surrender to your soul's most creative callings ­a path of great happiness and blessings for all. The question explored in depth this year is, "Who am I truly?" and "How am I called to serve?" Your commitments bring new joy. Your attachments fall away as you have experiences of Divine love. Opening your mind to grace develops the gift of Vision.

Year 3 brings one to a crossroads. With years of healing, transformation and awakening comes a remarkable sense of freedom. What choices of career, relationship and lifestyle appeal to your heart, mind and soul? The goal is to have sufficient courage to take the high road of enlightenment and the heart paths of compassion and service. Only the inner voice of wisdom and the quiet voice of Spirit can take you past the distractions of the world to the peaceful presence of the Beloved.

In Year 3 you will be asked to share your gifts within the group and beyond, and to contribute in various ways to the leadership and evolution of the Destiny Programs. Year 3 will normally extend beyond the time frames of the 3-month fall and 4-month spring segments of the Destiny Program.
