Instructions For Use of Primary Minerals

Monitor your pH for one week. Record results.

If your average pH is at or below 6.9, follow the directions for the Start Up Program.
If your average pH is at or above 7.0, begin with the Maintenance Program.

MMP Start Up Program

Week 1
With one meal each day take:

1/2 scoop (3/4 teaspoon) MMP Primary Minerals
1 capsule MMP Trace Minerals with Digestive Aids
1 tablet Betaine Hydrochloride

Week 2
With two meals each day take:

1 scoop (11/2 teaspoons) MMP Primary Minerals
1 capsule MMP Trace Minerals with Digestive Aids
2 tablets Betaine Hydrochloride

MMP Primary Minerals powder can be mixed in water, milk, tea, hot chocolate, or any non-acidic drink. Mix thoroughly and drink. Do not mix MMP Primary Minerals in acidic drinks like coffee or juice.

Continue to monitor your pH. Once your pH has reached 7.0 you have successfully readapted your system and you are ready to begin the MMP Maintenance Program.

MMP Maintenance Program

Take with two meals each day

1 scoop (1 ½ teaspoons) MMP Primary Minerals
1 capsule MMP Trace Minerals
2 tablets Betaine Hydrochloride

MMP Primary Minerals powder can be mixed in water, milk, tea, hot chocolate, or any non-acidic drink. Mix thoroughly and drink. Do not mix MMP Primary Minerals in acidic drinks like coffee or juice.

Continue to monitor your pH to insure that your pH levels remain in the healthy range of at or above 7.0
