Miracle II Neutralizer has had some amazing results in agriculture, improving crop yields by over 100%, with enhanced product taste and nutrition, without using any fertilizer, chemical or organic. When two oz./acre of the Neutralizer was added to irrigation water and used in conjunction with a radio-frequency descaling device coupled to a radionic unit containing the resonant frequency of organic fertilizers, the radionic energy levels were the highest ever recorded for any substance. The previous high was held by the potentiated living Aloe Vera extract that measured in at 45,000 units. The radionic energy of the potentiated Neutralizer was measured at over one million units! Bio-Zyme Heartland/Ag warrants that the products they sell conform to the descriptions on the label within tolerances established by law. This express warranty excludes and is in lieu of all other warranties expressed or implied, including any warranty of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose which are hereby expressly disclaimed.

Bio-Zyme Heartland/Ag recommends that a soil test be used as a basis for determining which fertilizer ingredients are needed for your soil. This or any other fertilizer is only a portion of the total farm practice needed to raise a good crop.

It is expressly understood that any advice given in the event of a consultation request is for information purposes only and the buyer assumes full responsibility for the application of the information given.

In any event, it is expressly agreed that liability of Bio-Zyme Heartland/Ag to the buyer or other for any loss (whether such a loss results from breach of warranty, or contract, or from negligence) will in no case be liable for the damages resulting from failure to use Bio-Zyme products in accordance with directions.

This remedy hereby provided shall be the exclusive and sole remedy of the buyer and all other persons for any such loss. In not event shall Bio-Zyme Heartland/Ag be liable for any consequential or incidental damages sustained by the buyer or any other person. Bio-Zyme Heartland/Ag must receive notice by registered mail of any claim that the fertilizer is defective 10 days after the defect in the fertilizer becomes apparent.

By acceptance of Bio-Zyme products, the buyer acknowledges that the limitations and disclaimers herein set forth are conditions of the sale and constitute the entire agreement between the parties regarding warrant or other liabilities and remedy therefore.
