This week’s podcast episode is a special edition of sorts. Founder of the Life Enthusiast Co-op Martin Pytela and his regular co-host Scott Paton are joined by Dave and Brian Savedra, two experts (who are identical twins no less) on the subtle energies of water and energetic medicine. Dave and Brian were introduced to the Life Enthusiast Co-op’s fabulous Twilight America Products and started their own quest to restore vitality to the water we drink, the food we eat and much more.

As Dave and Brian explain in the episode itself, the quality of the water we drink is absolutely essential to the quality of health we enjoy. This only makes sense since the majority of our bodies is in fact made up of H2O, but have you ever stopped to consider the quality of the water you drink?
Possessing the right combination of patience with curiosity, the twins developed a successful method of building ceramic objects in order to energize the water we drink. They call it the “water of life”. It is the dew that keeps our life force going, keeping all living things vital and healthy.
Dave and Brian’s Laminar Crystals are absolutely essential for the Alternative Health enthusiast of today. This innovative product collects life force energy to enhance your water (or any other liquid you wish) with the equivalent of the amniotic fluid from which all life spread. It is really remarkable what a difference this product can make, but if you’re sceptical I encourage you to try it out for yourself. I promise you won’t regret it.

Emu Oil was discovered to be tremendously useful in treating arthritis. From then on, the experimentation began in earnest. Studies by the Australia government conducted in laboratories throughout the continent attested to the oil’s ability as an anti-inflammatory. A great deal of media coverage followed in a frenzy. There was even a wide-read newspaper bearing the headline: “Emu Oil Beats Arthritis”.
Traditionally seen as only a folk cure, Dr. Peter Ghosh is the man responsible for transforming the oil into a veritable medical discovery. He directs a research laboratory in Sydney Royal North Shore Hospital. He has been one of the country’s leading authorities on arthritis and its causes and symptoms for many decades, conducting research and exploring for cures. Together with often-partner Dr. Michael Shitehouse, they make up the best experts on arthritis treatment.
Emu Oil contains the following:
• Vitamin E, a major antioxidant and healing agent
• Vitamin A, a known skin repairer and antioxidant
• Linoleic acid, which eases muscle aches and joint pain
• Oleic acid, a proven skin cell regenerator, anti-wrinkle agent
• Sapogens, proven skin softeners
• Terpines, known antiseptics

The topic of this week’s brand new podcast is depression. A serious problem for many of us in the western world, depression does not have a single solution or cure. Our medical establishment offers supposedly wonderful treatments including inhibitors of serotonin and all the rest. Do these really solve the problem? Perhaps they only mess with the brain enough to give the illusion that one is not depressed.

According to Martin, the true cure for depression is raising the level of joy and happiness in one’s life to the point where the down moments become insignificant. I realize that sounds simplistic, but that should at least be the goal, right? A healthy body does not become depressed and bad posture and mental habits only contribute to the downward spiral.

natural healing solutions, natural products, natural remedies
More and more, depression is being related to the balance of calcium and magnesium throughout the body. Low levels have always been associated with anxiety, and studies are now showing that many people who need a great deal of calcium supplementation to reach normal levels have a history of tranquilizer abuse.
My advice for those dealing with depression is to give magnesium supplementation a go. The Life Enthusiast Co-op offers Transderma Magnesium Crystals for your bath which allow your body to absorb precious magnesium the right way, through the membrane of the skin. This ensures the body doesn’t reject it as it can with oral supplementation. I highly recommend giving it a try, especially if treatments offered by our medical establishment have left you wanting.

The topic of this week’s podcast is acclaimed filmmaker Michael Moore’s new documentary, Sicko. In this documentary, Moore sets out to investigate the American healthcare system. He sticks to his tried-and-true one-man approach while shedding light on the complicated medical affairs of individuals and local communities.

At the beginning of this podcast episode, Martin calls for an end to false dichotomies such as the split between Republicans and Democrats in our political world. These divisions are only making us short-sighted and will eventually lead to us irreversibly destroying our planet, rendering it uninhabitable.
Instead, Martin claims, we need to be thinking long-term, holistically, taking into account all the ramifications and consequences of our actions. That is not only the way we should look at treating our planet, but our bodies as well.
Martin takes this viewpoint along with him as he offers up some very exciting opinions about this brand new documentary. While he praises the filmmaker for providing colourful stories of citizens whose health insurance has failed them, he doesn’t hesitate to offer some critiques of the Liberal agenda as well.
