Alternative Health: Podcast #42

Martin Pytela and his co-host Scott Paton get together every week to discuss alternative health concerns and products that can help you deal with these issues in all-natural, life-affirming ways. As we know, so many of our health problems are the result of the overly industrialized environment we find ourselves in coupled with a lack of solutions to solve these important health issues that result.

Martin and Scott’s discussion today revolves around Amino acid supplementation, which provides the body with what is essentially a foundation for health and wellness that can really go a long way.

Proteins rely heavily on amino acids as their building blocks, while these systemic proteins themselves are found all over the body in our skin nails, hair, blood, bone and brain cells. The amino acids in the body are responsible for constantly manufacturing these proteins. Many of the illnesses we face are a result of insufficient systemic protein.

There are around 20 different amino acids enlisted in this project. Ten of them the body produces naturally, while the other ten must be found through our diets. It is also important that these amino acids be found in the right ratios.

The Life Enthusiast Co-op offers a SuperNutrient formula containing the perfect balance of essential amino acids which allow the body to use nutrients, maintaining your health, while also repairing damage already done by these issues. I highly recommend trying it out for yourself if you suffer from these problems.

Ionic Water Treatment: Podcast #200

So what exactly are water ionizers? Water ionizers are devices designed to transform ordinary tap water into a super-healthy drinking water full of negative ions which neutralize active oxygen, or free radicals. Acidic tap water which is unpleasant to taste is altered to fantastic alkaline drinking water.

Ionizing your water also allows the regular water molecules to be broken down sufficiently so that the body can absorb the oxygen more efficiently. This results in all around better hydration.

The Life Enthusiast Co-op offers about water ionizers, including where to purchase one for yourself. These devices have been around since the 50s where they were developed in Japan. Once you’ve had water with a higher pH level, you will realize the degree of damage that can be done by acids to the body.

Martin Pytela and his co-host Scott Paton have been getting together every week to discuss alternative health topics for sometime now (they have nearly 200 podcasts out there!). Amazingly, they never seem to repeat themselves and the show has continued to stay engaging and even get more interesting as time goes on!

The topic of this episode deals with the relationship between the prostate and iodine levels in the body. Iodine is a unique substance in the body as there is no organ designated to produce it. The iodine that the body does store must be done in a single organ: the thyroid. This means that it is something not really discussed that often yet as you will find it has a huge impact on our health.

Traditionally, we get most of our iodine through the soil used to grow the foods we eat. However, in mountain states the iodine levels in soil are low to begin with. On top of that, industrialized farming has continued to deplete our soil of iodine and other essential nutrients over decades. The result is less than spectacular. Iodine deficiency runs rampant in the United States.

Iodine’s main function is balancing the endocrine system, including the thyroid gland. Without supplementing iodine, emotional states can vary very quickly without regulation. This can manifest itself more prominently in women because of the nature of their hormonal dynamics. Iodine also regulate our reproductive organs, and iodine deficiency can cause a great deal of problems with the prostate and overall sex drive of men.

Blood Cleanse: Podcast #197

As we all know, blood is central to supplying the body with oxygen. It also performs a variety of functions, such as:

• Supplying cells with oxygen
• Healing wounds
• Fighting off infection
• Controlling temperature
• Eliminating toxins

Obviously, a blood cleanse to ensure your blood is clean and functioning properly can go a long way in ensuring a healthy lifestyle. One way to ensure the blood is clean is to cleanse it regularly. This is easy to do, and involves a mere three to five day cleanse.

Blood purification therapy is best achieved with juices that contain an abundance of chlorophyll. Pureeing any mixture of green vegetables will do the trick, and lemon juice, beet juice, and carrot juice are also excellent choices.

Mercury Rising: Podcast #198

Martin Pytela and his co-host Scott Paton are back at it again, tackling another important health issue. Every week they take 20 minutes out of their busy schedules to sit down and really engage in alternative health issues that are gaining exposure throughout the community. Their topic this week is the controversial banning of energy-wasting light bulbs by the British government.

This ban, an attempt to cut down on harmful greenhouse gases, might have considerable side effects on our skin, as fluorescent light bulbs can be quite detrimental to those with skin disorders than the soon-to-be-banned incandescent variety.

People with the following conditions may suddenly find it harder than normal to cope:

• Dermatitis
• Eczema
• Lupus
• Photosensitivity
• Porphyria
• Xeroderma Pigmentosum

Martin, fortunately, has a possible solution. The Life Enthusiast Co-op offers an effective energy neutralizer known as the ADR-3 which is fully capable of cancelling out harmful vibrations, which we are all exposed to regularly with or without the ban mentioned above. If you suffer from one of these conditions or simply feel your environment is not quite as positive and life-affirming as it could be, you owe it to yourself to check it out.

There are numerous signs and symptoms of Kidney stones or general poor kidney health, which are discussed in great detail above. If you’re interested in health and wellness you’ll want to check it out.

If you are experiencing lower back pain, edema (“water holding”), or blood in your urine, you probably want to have your kidneys examined. “Washing” the inside of the body can require a lot of liquid. Herbal teas and remedies are the best option, since they can provide a great deal of variety for extra enjoyment. That helps when you have to supply a gallon of urine a day!

It takes a lot of liquid to “wash” the inside of your body. Taking it in the form of juice or herbal teas can give you some extra benefits and extra enjoyment, if you learn to make them with variations – especially if you need to produce a gallon of urine a day!

As Martin and Scott explain in the episode, there are plenty of herbal recipes that address the kidneys. Homeopathic remedies for flushing out kidney stones are also highly recommended.

Martin Pytela, founder of the Life Enthusiast Co-op, and his faithful co-host Scott Paton are back again with another astonishing podcast episode. The topic this week? The Liver. A master chemist, metabolising all sorts of compounds throughout the body, the more you know about the liver, the more in control of your health you will be.

In addition to regulating metabolism, the liver provides energy and nutrients to be used for the other systems of the body. It emulsifies fats so they can be broken down with greater ease by creating bile, an essential substance for digestion and assimilation. Electrolyte levels, such as the calcium/magnesium balance, are maintained by the liver as are the creation of blood and maintenance of water levels.

Not only a master chemist, the liver also functions as a storage unit, able to provide extra blood on demand and store fat-soluble vitamins. It can also store fuel in the form of Vitamin B and various minerals and sugars.

The problem is the liver is not always able to do its job properly. As a result, toxins build up and the blood is not properly filtered. Polluting technologies, lifestyle habits, stress, lack of nutrition, alcohol: these all contribute to slowing the liver down.

As a solution I want to recommend a fantastic liver and gallbladder flush that anyone can do. It is discussed in detail in podcast above, and more information can be found on the website. It is easy to do, requiring only 24 hours, and you won’t believe the difference in your energy levels and well-being.

Metabolism: Podcast #39

This week’s episode of the Life Enthusiast Co-op Podcast finds Martin Pytela, founder of the Life Enthusiast Co-op, and his regular co-host Scott Paton discussing the well-known issue of metabolism and how it affects our health and well-being from youth into old age.

The discussion opens with a discussion of obesity and general eating habits. As you start to get older, as Martin and Scott point out, you may wonder why small indulgences really add up when it comes time to stand on the bathroom scale. This is exactly what metabolism is: the regulation of the foods we eat by the body.

Scott is quick to point out that since adding his essential enzymes to his diet as well as taking Exsula Superfoods every morning, he has cut down greatly on his weight. Martin explains why this change has taken place. Basically, he says, it comes down a combination of an increase in metabolism and a decrease in insulin resistance.

As Martin says, an improperly balanced metabolism is one of the five main sources of illness and as such it is an issue which should not be ignored. Check out the full episode for plenty more astonishing health tips!
