Often the problem is simply not enough nutrients reaching the right places in the body when they’re needed.

The Life Enthusiast Co-op offers a fantastic product called SuperNutrient Platinum Plus. It is an amino acid supplement designed to provide the body with the essential foundation for health that studies are showing is just not there these days.

This product has already helped thousands of people who used to suffer from chronic pain. This produce ensures you are getting the absolute best value nutritionally out of everything you eat. It really is remarkable!

Martin Pytela, founder of the Life Enthusiast Co-op, and his co-host Scott Paton don’t just like to talk about alternative health issues in isolation. The topic this week includes the infamous BP oil spill in the Gulf of Mexico. Scott and Martin ask what would be alternative health nuts solution to this problem? Maybe it’s in fact not as hard as we think.

John Hutchinson and Nancy Lazaryan are researchers into this very field. They have found that certain radio frequencies when transmitted can actually reduce the oil and grease pollution in the Gulf of Mexico itself. What a discovery!

Martin and Scott start their conversation by discussing two different kind of tired. Scott wants to say there is feeling tired from a day chock full of physical activity, hiking, biking, running etc. But then, he continues, there is also that tired after coming home from work where you’ve been sitting in front of the computer all day, plus sitting in your car only to full completely exhausted.

In theory, we shouldn’t be tired after resting all day. So what’s going on?

According to Martin, the answer lies in oxidative stress. Now we all may not know what oxidation is, but we see it all around us. Rust on your car and fruits or vegetables which go bad after you’ve sliced them in half are common examples of this phenomenon. It is this same principle that causes our skin to age and sag as we get older.

You’ll have to listen to the full episode to learn all the ways you can fight this process, but a good place to start is by supplementing with the Life Enthusiast Co-op’s Exsula Superfoods. They are great at providing you with energy you never even knew you had.

Malnutrition: Podcast #43

Scott recounts a story of sitting on a train platform when he realized he had just caught a cold. Even though it was a sunny day, he felt a shiver run down his spine and knew he’d be fighting this one for a while.

What Scott describes in a result of malnutrition resulting from extended time on the road without proper nutrition and regular meals. Frequent flying and time zone changes can have a tremendous effect on mental and emotional health. While traveling, you are frequently cramped in tight quarters with a large group of people, which can lead to the spreading of disease when your immune system is least expecting it.

This wonderful episode also has Martin analysis of modern day “supermarket diets” which consists primarily of refined flours, sugars, soft drinks and processed, prepackaged food. No wonder malnutrition runs rampant. Tune into the podcast episode for helpful solutions and remedies!
