Alternative Health: Podcast #42

Martin Pytela and his co-host Scott Paton get together every week to discuss alternative health concerns and products that can help you deal with these issues in all-natural, life-affirming ways. As we know, so many of our health problems are the result of the overly industrialized environment we find ourselves in coupled with a lack of solutions to solve these important health issues that result.

Martin and Scott’s discussion today revolves around Amino acid supplementation, which provides the body with what is essentially a foundation for health and wellness that can really go a long way.

Proteins rely heavily on amino acids as their building blocks, while these systemic proteins themselves are found all over the body in our skin nails, hair, blood, bone and brain cells. The amino acids in the body are responsible for constantly manufacturing these proteins. Many of the illnesses we face are a result of insufficient systemic protein.

There are around 20 different amino acids enlisted in this project. Ten of them the body produces naturally, while the other ten must be found through our diets. It is also important that these amino acids be found in the right ratios.

The Life Enthusiast Co-op offers a SuperNutrient formula containing the perfect balance of essential amino acids which allow the body to use nutrients, maintaining your health, while also repairing damage already done by these issues. I highly recommend trying it out for yourself if you suffer from these problems.

Martin Pytela, founder of the Life Enthusiast Co-op, and his faithful co-host Scott Paton are back again with another astonishing podcast episode. The topic this week? The Liver. A master chemist, metabolising all sorts of compounds throughout the body, the more you know about the liver, the more in control of your health you will be.

In addition to regulating metabolism, the liver provides energy and nutrients to be used for the other systems of the body. It emulsifies fats so they can be broken down with greater ease by creating bile, an essential substance for digestion and assimilation. Electrolyte levels, such as the calcium/magnesium balance, are maintained by the liver as are the creation of blood and maintenance of water levels.

Not only a master chemist, the liver also functions as a storage unit, able to provide extra blood on demand and store fat-soluble vitamins. It can also store fuel in the form of Vitamin B and various minerals and sugars.

The problem is the liver is not always able to do its job properly. As a result, toxins build up and the blood is not properly filtered. Polluting technologies, lifestyle habits, stress, lack of nutrition, alcohol: these all contribute to slowing the liver down.

As a solution I want to recommend a fantastic liver and gallbladder flush that anyone can do. It is discussed in detail in podcast above, and more information can be found on the website. It is easy to do, requiring only 24 hours, and you won’t believe the difference in your energy levels and well-being.

The discussion opens with a discussion of obesity and general eating habits. As you start to get older, as Martin and Scott point out, you may wonder why small indulgences really add up when it comes time to stand on the bathroom scale. This is exactly what metabolism is: the regulation of the foods we eat by the body.

Scott is quick to point out that since adding his essential enzymes to his diet as well as taking Exsula Superfoods every morning, he has cut down greatly on his weight. Martin explains why this change has taken place. Basically, he says, it comes down a combination of an increase in metabolism and a decrease in insulin resistance.

As Martin says, an improperly balanced metabolism is one of the five main sources of illness and as such it is an issue which should not be ignored. Check out the full episode for plenty more astonishing health tips!

The guest, of course, is Patrick Buehl, the President of Generation Plus. Patrick talks about the founding of the brand, which did not happen without a serious goal in mind. Complimentary solutions and natural medicines preserve natural health. This we know, but how we spread this knowledge throughout the globe to people who only know to go to their family doctor?

Perhaps at the core of the Generation Plus philosophy is an unabashed look at all the factors that go into making up a person’s health, including lifestyle, positive or negative attitudes and regular exercise. When combined with radical lifestyle changes, Generation Plus are unstoppable in providing you with the level of well-being you’ve always dreamed of.

One of the most popular products offered by Generatino Plus is known as Zymitol, a broad spectrum systemic enzyme formula specially designed provide the body with the enzymes it may be lacing on a day-to-day level. Assimilation and Elimination: Podcast #193

Martin Pytela, renowned founder of the Life Enthusiast Co-op, is back with his co-host Scott Paton for this week’s exciting podcast. The topic this week? A very interesting one: Assimilation and Elimination, two extremely important key stones that make us tick. It has been suggested that if these two aspects of our bodies could be properly regulated, we could extend life as far as we wanted.

So just what is assimilation and elimination? Assimilation can be thought of as the body’s ability to utilize the nutrients found in the foods we eat. Unfortunately, most people in our society think that large quantities of food equal more nutrients. This is quite misguided as it completely ignores the body’s ability to take this nutrition and put it to good use.

Typical absorption rates of nutrients range from 20-80%. This means that you might be only assimilating as little as 20% of the nutrients you are feeding your body.

Elimination, on the other hand, might be more known to the general public, for it is simply the way the body removes waste and eliminates toxins. While we might not think about it, every activity the body does produces waste. This waste is eliminated through the skin, lungs, kidneys and intestines. If any of these channels aren’t functioning properly, there can be major problems.

This really only scratches the surface of this fascinating topic. Be sure to check out the podcast for yourself!

The success stories focus on two separate products that by now are probably well-known to our regular listeners. They are Platinum Plus and Exsula’s Strata Flora.

natural healing remedies, alternative healing remedies, holistic healing remedies

Platinum Plus really is your best bet if you are experiencing discomfort and illness through a systemic disease. The product is designed to provide the body with free form amino acids which target unwanted metal toxicity throughout the body and repair tissues that have been damaged. These amino acids also help break down dietary protein which may normally get wasted, into individual amino acids which are much more useful throughout the body.

Exsula’s Strata Flora is a very similar product in that it targets immune system deficiencies that result from the types of “super germs” that have been bred thanks to antibiotics, and foreign viruses and bacterium coming in from remote locations of the globe (i.e. swine flu etc.)

This product is the perfect cure for that persistent cough you’ve had for months that won’t respond to antibiotics. Due to our supermarket diets and our increasing use of antibiotics, the digestive flora that normally accumulates in the intestines is not there anymore. As a result, you are left with only the strongest antibiotic-proof bacteria thriving in an environment purged of all threats or danger. No wonder that cough won’t go away!

Generation Plus: Podcast #35

Martin Pytela, founder of the Life Enthusiast Co-op, and his co-host Scott Paton serve up another enlightening podcast this week. The topic? The mission statement of Generation Plus is of course to allow you to live a longer, healthier life. An admittedly broad goal that is achieved through raising awareness of alternative health methods which have the potential to lead to a higher awareness of just what health and wellness can be.

alternative medicine, alternative health, alternative healing

All products offered by this company are heavily researched. As a result they have a level of customer loyally that I’ve yet to see anywhere else.

A couple of their more popular products include Zymitol, a pain manager and performance enhancer designed to allow to train harder than before through powerfully potent enzymes. Naticor, on the other hand, is designed to promote a healthy circulatory system. Most people are unaware of how drastically this can affect blood pressure and cholesterol levels.

This just scratches the surface and there are many fine products available so be sure to check out the podcast and our website for more info!
