Martin Pytela, founder of the Life Enthusiast Co-op, and his co-host Scott Paton take on the topic of proper eating and metabolism this week on their alternative health podcast. Cholesterol is another result of improper diet. It leads to cases of high blood pressure, heart attacks and arterial plaque. The body produces both “good” and “bad” cholesterol and the two must be kept in balance for your maximum
health to be achieved. Managing blood cholesterol levels can be very difficult and eating the right foods with exercise is only the beginning.
The Life Enthusiast Co-op offers a fantastic cholesterol solvent called Lecithin. It is a potent ally for your immune system, and a moisturizer and lubricant. The product itself is designed to enable efficient fat metabolism. This leads to remarkable weight loss.
Lecithin is also what your brain uses to create the chemical stuff thought is made of. The more of it you have, the sharper your mind becomes.

The discussion opens with a discussion of obesity and general eating habits. As you start to get older, as Martin and Scott point out, you may wonder why small indulgences really add up when it comes time to stand on the bathroom scale. This is exactly what metabolism is: the regulation of the foods we eat by the body.
Scott is quick to point out that since adding his essential enzymes to his diet as well as taking Exsula Superfoods every morning, he has cut down greatly on his weight. Martin explains why this change has taken place. Basically, he says, it comes down a combination of an increase in metabolism and a decrease in insulin resistance.
As Martin says, an improperly balanced metabolism is one of the five main sources of illness and as such it is an issue which should not be ignored. Check out the full episode for plenty more astonishing health tips!

Zymitol contains systematic enzymes designed to help eliminate fibrins, fibroids and scar tissues. Formulated with enzymes, it is designed to enable the body’s natural inflammatory response to function properly. Without it, the body is unable to fight disease or recover from injury. The symptoms that follow are well known among serious athletes: excessive swelling, fluid retention, arthritis and other joint pain diseases.

Zymitol allows you to train harder and faster than you ever dreamed possible.
The second product, Lipalone, is a potent dietary fat removal supplement designed to convert dietary fat into essential fatty acids, which can then be burned as fuel, dramatically reducing your fat stores.
Far too often the body is not in control of the amount of fat being synthesized. Lipalone addresses that very problem by ensuring that the proper enzymes, especially Lipase, are in place and that the body has access to them. Lipalone will amaze you with its ability to help you shed those extra pounds!
