Modern nutrition counselling has made huge concessions in teaching us that low fat diets are the way to go. They are simply not healthy and don’t lead to weight loss. One the most popular topics that come up from my clients involve weight loss and controlling one’s diet in order to feel better about your body and your life. It is startling how many of these people that I talk who are unsatisfied with their diet and eating habits cite so-called “food cravings” that they feel at the mercy of.
