Shipping policy
Free Shipping on Orders Over $150*
Typically, all orders are shipped by the next business day. If you are paying by Check, Money Order or Bank Transfer, your order will be shipped upon receipt of payment.
Once your order is shipped, you will be sent a confirmation by email. If you do not receive an email, plese first checkyour junk or spam folder, and then contact us to confirm that your order processed correctly in the shopping cart.

Order less than $150 Flat Rate Shipping
- Up to 2 lbs: $9.50
- Between 2 and 4 lbs.: $14.00
- Over 4 lbs.: $17.00
GROUND SHIPPING/DELIVERY TIMES:
UPS Ground Shipping usually takes 1-7 business days, depending on destination state. (Weekends are not included in the delivery time)
EXPRESS SHIPPING/DELIVERY TIMES:
Other shipping methods include UPS 3 Day (3 business days + shipping day), UPS 2 Day (2 business days + shipping day), & UPS Next Day Air (arrives the following business day). Additional charges will apply for these shipping options.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER:
Once the order has been shipped, you will immediately receive an email notification with a tracking number to track your item online. You may also call UPS at (800) 742-5877.
CHANGING SHIPPING INFORMATION:
If an error is made in the shipping address or needs to be changed, please notify us immediately. If the order has not yet shipped, we will be glad to make any necessary changes.
However, if the item has already been picked up we will need to contact UPS and attempt to reroute the package to the correct address. A rerouting fee of $11.00 will be charged to your credit card for this error.
International orders

Deliveries outside of North America are shipped by Air Mail and can take 10 to 30 days. Please expect higher shipping costs, and your local taxes, duties and border brokerage fees.
If you select UPS Express, the shipments are faster, more secure. The border brokerage is included, but not your local taxes.
Shipments to some countries experience unusual delays when shipped by mail. A few shipments we sent were mysteriously lost - perhaps by theft. If you are concerned, please use UPS as your carrier. It is more expensive, but it offers full tracking and reliable delivery.
Customers in Canada NOTE: Please expect to pay at the post office a $9.95 handling fee plus GST (or HST) when you receive the order. We can ship by UPS Ground on special request. Because UPS charges a high ($50+) handling fee, the lower shipping cost is usually lost. UPS Air shipments do not have the brokerage fee added. In some special cases we may ship a Canadian order by Canada Post at our discretion from goods that we may have in our Canadian office.
