SNOW CRYSTALS are the finest version of the Laminar Crystal the keystone of my work. A paste made from this powder is the perfect finish to the Sea Snow facial and it can be used on any area of the body. Rub the powder into the skin after it has dried and it will continue to change the common water of the tissue in that area into Magic Water so long as it is there.
A quarter teaspoon makes enough paste for a good facial.
A teaspoon added to a bath will transform much of the bath water into a type of Magic Water.

My husband has had a skin problem for several years now
called Granuloma Annulare. He has taken several serious of very strong
antibiotics, the last of which almost did him in. He had an attack of
acute pancreatitis and spent a week in the hospital. After all the
tests, they could not find anything that could have caused this other than
medication. We feel certain it was this strong medication that
contributed to the attack.
Anyway, we told Mr. Carter about this condition and he asked if we had tried the Snow Crystals on it. We had not because we really did not understand what they were for. They are evidently for more topical healing as opposed to the Sea Snow that is for deeper tissue healing. We took a package with us.
He recommended we mix it with Prill water, which we did not have with us so we mixed it with Magic Oil. My husband applied the mixture to the spots on his skin. One was a double raised ring worm looking shape on his arm about the size of 3 quarters. He also had several smaller ones, one of which had broken and was sore.
The next day there was a visible change in all the lesions. The second day the smaller ones were all but healed up.
It has been a little over a week now and ALL are about gone. The raised large ones are still somewhat visible, but no longer raised and look dead, just like a scar now.
