It is with great excitement that I announce that the first Yinergy®-Star Chamber experience is now available both to its Cooperative owners and for those who would like to experience the “Fountain of Youth.”

In 1998 I built the pilot-model Star Chamber to prove that becoming young again was really possible – to prove that there was actually a real “Fountain of Youth.” In 2000 I built the Star Chamber Factory that made the products of Twilight possible. In the last couple months, I have built something far more wonderful and far more exciting. Actually there are four different systems with four different levels of magic. Magic that is verified by science.

The first level is for beginners or those who have not used the Twilight products consistently or at all. The second is for those who have used the products consistently for a few months or longer and the third is for those who have previously enjoyed the Star Chamber Experience. Then there is “mine” and it is simply the most wonderful thing that I have ever made. Euphoria is the quest for an absence of pain, and euphoria is only found when the Physical Force of Love, the Yinergy® Force, replaces electricity.

Your experience will be based on your “kinetically established” ability to handle rapid regeneration and just to feel wonderful.

To the Star Chamber Experience I have added Dr Shealy’s “SheLi Tens” technology and the Ring of Fire Treatments, as well as a system that cleans the blood to remove the aspect of your old body without chelation or uncomfortable impact, so that your young body can rapidly return. Hello All,

Just a week ago I announced that the Star Chambers - actually three of them – were finished and that appointments were available for both those who helped me build them, the Co-op Co-owners, and those who wanted to experience the real Fountain of Youth.

Today, January is totally booked along with the first week in February, and we have yet to send this announcement to the thousands of Twilight people who did not have an Email address and some 400 whose Emails were returned because of changed addresses.

Because it takes months to build one of these facilities and because I told you ALL that there would be more Cooperatively-owned ventures, I am now announcing the beginning of two new Cooperatively-owned events. The second facility will be in Florida and the third will be in the Midwest. Coop Co-owners will be able to trade their ownership to the facility that is closest to where they live. You can Email me directly at jcnbc@webtv.net if you want to help. As was the case with THIS Yinergy Star Chamber System, there are no qualifications except that you earnestly want to help. This is not an investment; it is a cooperative enterprise. Look up the word cooperative if you don’t know the difference.

It has come to my attention that a few of those making appointments “may have just made appointments in an effort to cause us all problems”. In other words they really did not intend “to show”, they just wanted to keep others from having the opportunity. Since I was not asking for any deposit, they took advantage of goodness again. Because there are always a few “rotten apples” that attempt to spoil everything for everyone else, those who have made appointments will now HAVE TO be asked to send their payment in advance.

The cost is only $500 for a four hour multi-faceted session, in the world’s only real “Fountain of Youth”, including the best additional technology in the world and the best available testing. One session is all anyone will be able to handle. The insurance costs $300 per person and because of the “rotten apples” I will not risk the future of those REAL PEOPLE who have helped me, the Coop Co-owners. The insurance payments are expensive where something “unique to the world” is concerned and must be paid whether a person shows up for their appointments or not. I’m sure you can all understand. In the future, advance payment will be required with all appointments. I offer no guarantees or refunds; you will be your own proof.

The reason that the appointments start in January is because a dozen of the top doctors and medical researchers in the world will have the Star Chamber Experience first. Dr. Norman Shealy, whom you all know; Dr. John Kalil, one of the top psychologists in America (the mind is a part of becoming young again); Dr. Garcia, one of the world’s top reconstructive surgeons (beauty is a big deal); Dr. Goodman, past president of a national medical association, and eight more extremely qualified experts, and their families have been invited to have the first experiences.

I have never asked for anyone’s trust, just a bit of patience. The Twilight products and work are part of an evolving science, part of something unique coming into the world of the 21st Century and the rules for such events are not the rules of the past.

It takes time to do things right. It also takes time to make sure that there is no potential danger. I have never offered anything to anyone that has not been both safe by every standard known to science, and been tested by the best experts in the world.

Even more, Twilight, “T.W.L.T.” stands for “The World’s Largest Test” and everyone has always been challenged to make their own choices based on their own personal experience, never because of any sales approach or promises. Magic or miracles are simply things that happen faster than one believes possible, if they can be scientifically verified. It is only when the free will of the participant is compromised that it becomes black. Coping kills the soul. I learned this in Australia. Experience is the food of the Soul. I have known this for a long time.

Really folks, there are 250 million people in American and only a few thousand even know that there is a viable alternative to aging, that Twilight exists. What is the world’s only successful cellular magnesium replenishment worth? Every one knows that magnesium is critical to cellular regeneration and that regeneration that exceeds degeneration is in fact “Becoming Young” rather than growing old. What is it worth to go to a REAL “Fountain of Youth?” We have been competing with ourselves by reducing prices, rather than taking the message to those who need to know. Twilight has no peer or comparative in the world today.

Mandala Village and its Life Enthusiast Co-op will be offering the same prices, now Canadian prices, and anyone who has been doing what Mandala is, can become a distributor and do the same thing, simply by calling Twilight America (702) 294-0301. In fact anyone who is retailing the Twilight Products should call if they want to be a distributor. The 40 percent discount will be for distributors only after December 31, 2002. I would have done this with GLN and David Dartez if he had paid his bills.

Twilight Canada is for Canadians and is trading in Canadian money, at Canadian PRICES, just as I have done in Australia. Twilight Australia now is selling Crystal Cupcakes made by me. They are now sold at $300 AU, in Australia, another thing that those of you who have Australian friends might wish to pass on. Canada will be doing the same thing soon.

It appears that Twilight America is NOT out of business. All the products sold by Twilight America are NOW made “in house” by me and people who are trained by me. There is a difference between a “wizard’s apprentice” and a wizard. The word wizard according to Webster’s dictionary means “wise-man” and a wise man does the clinical and scientific work to make sure that what he offers is not only safe but truly effective. Yinergy is a registered trademark Co-owned by Dr. Norman Shealy and myself, it is the word of the day. The force of life is truly The Physical Force of Love but Love “just isn’t enough” for those living in the past.

I will only say this one time. Those who think that they can assassinate my character by attacking my personal life should really re-think their actions. My proof is in my actions, in the improvement of thousands of lives and the environment of a nation. Words are the cheap tools of those who want to hurt, not help.

Dear Twilight Members,

Please allow me a moment of introduction: My name is Michael Hansen. I have known Jim Carter for many years, and benefited personally from the use of the Twilight products for the past eight years. I have been contracted by Jim for the past few months to organize the data processing and business operations. Jim has asked that I now act as General Manager of Twilight under my contract.

Twilight has dealt with three problems over the past several months:

1. Company objective. From the beginning, the objective of Twilight has not been about money but about distribution of the unique Twilight products for the benefit of those who use them and the environment surrounding them. Unfortunately, some have focused solely on the financial aspects, and some have not dealt with correct information.

2. Data processing. In May the company installed a new software system to track member "genealogy" of sponsors and downline organizations. It was necessary to go back to April, 2002 to rebuild all of the transactional history. In June we met with the software providers to receive training in the process of accounting for bonuses. It was discovered that the program did not reflect the basic bonus structure that Jim Carter had initially organized, so programming changes were required. We received the software updates last week, and have now processed the accounting for bonuses through the end of August.

3. During this time we have worked with a wholesale distributor who has sponsored many of you into the Twilight organization. We received faxed orders from this distributor that Twilight shipped directly to many of you. Many of you paid for your products by credit card transactions with this distributor. Unfortunately, Twilight has not been paid by this distributor, even though it has provided products in good faith. Twilight can no longer process orders for this distributor. The amount owed by this distributor for products shipped by Twilight to its warehouse and directly to its customers at the request of the distributor far exceeds the amount of all bonus payments accrued to all Twilight members.

Twilight continues to ship products directly to members under its original policy of payment by personal check or money order that accompanies your orders. It will continue to process and ship your orders within 48 hours. 

Twilight has seen emails and heard reports of those who suggest that "millions and millions" of dollars are being made, and that tens and tens of thousands of members should be making millions in bonuses. Twilight would like to set the record straight:

Many who are only concerned about the monetary aspects have ordered one bottle of water each month, and hope that the "thousands" in their downline will make them rich. If each person orders a $15 bottle of water, the bonus accrued on each level is $0.75. If each person believes that their order will help them establish financial security, it would take huge numbers of people in their downline to accomplish that. Now with the discounted sales prices, it will take even more people, as the bonus on each level is $0.45. The objective of the discount is to help make the products more easily available to more people.

You need to have an accurate picture of what is happening at Twilight:

At this time Twilight is processing the individual bonus statements for each of these months. Detailed statements will be sent to each member who qualified. Twilight will offer to each member the opportunity to receive immediate product credit for the amount of bonuses accrued.

September 2002, a letter from Jim Carter to the members of Twilight America
"The Last Gift of 2002"

Dear Friends,

Methodically and now for nearly eleven months I have endeavored to bring the many aspects of Twilight into place. As I told everyone in the beginning, Twilight had two primary objectives:

First and foremost was "providing access to the tools required by those who would choose to become young again or better yet, those who would strive to stay young."

Second, if we were going to have people who lived longer, we really needed to return the environment of our planet to a condition that would support this new life.

This has not changed; rather, it continues to get progressively better and better.

Actually, all that has been necessary to accomplish my goals was to see that your orders were filled so that you could have your experiences and thus make your own choices. It always has to be your choice. 

Recently there have been questions raised about my "business abilities" and to this question I can only answer that "Love and money don't mix". The issues beyond providing the tools that you need to live a better life have been turned over completely to the corporation. Michael J. Hansen, Master of Business Administration, is the Manager and Lyman Belnap, Attorney at Law, is legal counsel.

Basically, the important aspect of access to the Twilight Products has been met from the beginning. Today, the corporation has made changes that will make this still easier and far more cost effective. My new personal web site: www.jimcarter.org will offer some of the product information that you need, and keep you up to speed on what else I am bringing to Twilight. Twilight is and continues to be the "world's only proactive environmental organization" simply by the act of "living a better life". Together we have made and continue to make a real difference while the leaders of the world have meetings to discuss "who's going to get the money" that should be used to save the planet.

I am not sure of the future of our world; it does appear that we will soon live out the prophecies of the Bible. I believe that the only hope mankind has for a future will be found in the simplest of powers. The Physical Force of Love does, in fact, make the world go round. Until the understanding and tools of using this Force become an active aspect of the way we conduct our lives, the "mystery of life" will remain a mystery.

The last Gift of 2002

Each of you needs one more thing before the end of this year. To this end I have given the corporation enough of the Laminar Crystal to accomplish this and asked them to place a package of it in every order over $100 for the next month. This is my Christmas gift to you. I can only hope that a gift of such power will not be taken lightly or treated without respect. The Physical Force of Love is a wonderful thing, but be advised that "it is 'Love misused' that causes most of the grief in our world".

This Crystal, spread over the bottom of a shallow cooking tin, something about 12 by 18 inches will allow you to "rapidly" revitalize the food for your entire family. If you place an item on it and it decomposes, it should not have been ingested. This decomposition is far better off outside than inside the body, so it can be said that the Crystal will let you know what to eat. I cannot tell you all the details of this in this letter. Potatoes get progressively better with time, and you can even set a sealed bottle of wine on this crystal with huge benefit, as is the case with any juice - even the synthetic stuff. FUTURE PROCEED. In closing I wish to say to those of you who are awake and those who are waking, that "together we must adapt, adjust and move forward". "We must put the pettiness of money in its proper light and seek to find those souls who will choose life over death, for if they don't know that there are other options (that there are new options), failure is the only choice they can make".

"Yinergy" is a word that Dr. Shealy and I jointly coined and trademarked. Yinergy can be defined as the "Female Force of Life" - another word for Love.

Jim Carter's products have been around for some time. His association with Dr. Shealy is a chapter of the past, as I understand it now. Jim put his stronger and some of his new products on a network he calls Twilight in order to spread the word fast enough, hopefully, to clean up the water, so we can still have an environment in two years that can sustain life here.

To put products on a network, you have to have something maybe better or stronger than what others have been given before. He does claim this; that everything we have through Twilight will ALWAYS be the best he can offer.

About some of the wordage. In the book, "Cell Wellness Restorer" was a form of Magic Oil that AIM company sells. Magic Drops are another form of Magic Oil, Magic Gel I think is something you get if you leave the Crystal Cupcake in one quart of water for 40 days and 40 nights. All Jim has said about this that I have heard is that it is NOT magnesium. WHAT is does, I am not sure.

Shealy's Magic Water type products are so called because Jim Carter has a copyright on what Twilight products are called. What is in a name is the situation, I suppose. Jim still claims anything Dr. Shealy has is not as strong as what we can get from Twilight, no matter what anyone calls them.

The term Yinergy is a name that Jim and Dr. Shealy coined in the beginning of their association. It refers to the female Life Force Energy or the Yin energy.

As for me, I don't care what is stronger or who has it. My mission is to help clean up the water and to get my body into the fourth dimension, which these products are certainly helping me to do.

Anyone can purchase from Dr. Shealy and try his products and find out for yourself what they are for you. Jim has let his products go far and wide simply because we don't have a lot of time to clean up our bodies, our water, our planet and I add, "OUR LIVES."
