This came out of God’s mouth. His Word. ‘Let the waters abound with an abundance of living creatures.’ This is where all life came from. The Ocean is the womb of the Earth. Salt is a vital substance for the survival of all living creatures, particularly humans. Water and salt regulate the water content of the body. Water itself regulates the water content of the interior of the cell by working its way into all of the cells it reaches. It has to get there to cleanse and extract the toxic wastes of cell metabolisms. Salt forces some water to stay outside the cells.
It balances the amount of water that stays outside the cells. There are two oceans of water in the body; one ocean is held inside the cells of the body, and the other ocean is held outside the cells. Good health depends on a most delicate balance between the volume of these oceans, and this balance is achieved by salt – unrefined salt. The liquid that is around every cell of your body is based on seawater. The blood in your veins is based on seawater. FACT – The salinity of the water outside the cells in our bodies is the same as the ocean.
Vital Functions of Salt in the Body
- Salt is most effective in stabilizing irregular heartbeats and, Contrary to the misconception that it causes high blood pressure, it is actually essential for the regulation of blood pressure – in conjunction with water. Naturally the proportions are critical.
- Salt is vital to the extraction of excess acidity from the cells in the body, particularly the brain cells.
- Salt is vital for balancing the sugar levels in the blood; a needed element in diabetics.
- Salt is vital for the generation of hydroelectric energy in cells in the body. It is used for local power generation at the sites of energy need by the cells.
- Salt is vital for absorption of food particles through the intestinal tract.
- Salt is vital for the clearance of the lungs of mucus plugs and sticky phlegm, particularly in asthma and cystic fibrosis.
- Salt is vital for clearing up catarrh and congestion of the sinuses.
- Salt is a strong natural antihistamine.
- Salt is essential for the prevention of muscle cramps.
- Salt is vital to prevent excess saliva production to the point that it flows out of the mouth during sleep. Needing to constantly mop up excess saliva indicates salt shortage.
- Salt is absolutely vital to making the structure of bones firm. Osteoporosis, in a major way, is a result of salt and water shortage in the body.
- Salt is vital for sleep regulation. It is a natural hypnotic.
- Salt is a vitally needed element in the treatment of diabetics.

- Salt is vital for reducing a double chin. When the body is short of salt, it means the body really is short of water. The salivary glands sense the salt shortage and are obliged to produce more saliva to lubricate the act of chewing and swallowing and also to supply the stomach with water that it needs for breaking down foods. Circulation to the salivary glands increases and the blood vessels become “leaky” in order to supply the glands with water to manufacture saliva. The “leakiness” spills beyond the area of the glands themselves, causing increased bulk under the skin of the chin, the cheeks and into the neck.
- Sea salt contains about 80 mineral elements that the body needs. Some of these elements are needed in trace amounts. Unrefined sea salt is a better choice of salt than other types of salt on the market. Ordinary table salt that is bought in the supermarkets has been stripped of its companion elements and contains additive elements such as aluminum silicate to keep it powdery and porous. Aluminum is a very toxic element in our nervous system. It is implicated as one of the primary causes of Alzheimer’s disease.
- Twenty-seven percent of the body’s salt is in the bones. Osteoporosis results when the body needs more salt and takes it from the body. Bones are twenty-two percent water. Is it not obvious what happens to the bones when we’re deficient in salt or water or both.
The information on salt intake is taken from Dr. Batmanghelidj’s book, “Water: Rx for a Healthier Pain-Free Life”. The water you were lying in for 9 months in your mom’s womb is the same as your Earthly Mothers womb the ocean. If you had to be reborn again, you would return to your Earthly Mothers womb. Fact – No two substances in the Bible are mentioned more than water and salt. AMEN.

And God saw that it was good. And God blessed them, saying, `Be fruitful and multiply, and fill the waters in the seas, and let birds multiply on the earth.’ So the evening and the morning were the fifth day.”
Jesus taught that the best time of the year to fast is in the summer months. The reason for this is that your body will open up and can breathe more freely in warm weather. In the winter months your body will close to preserve energy. This is scientifically supported. So I have found that the best time to start is the new moon in May. This is when I will go fast and purify. Also, the ocean currents in Hawaii will have changed by then, making the water warmer. The first thing I use to do was cut my hair off so I don’t have to worry about washing it.
I have found that there is a soap that works in seawater. It is “Home Soap,” environmentally safe and biodegradable, made by LIFETREE, a Terrapin Company, Santa Barbara, CA 93140. Their website is: www.Goturtle.com. The ingredients are: purified water, coconut derived surfactants and pure essential oil fragrance. To prepare myself for the fast and cleanse I drink 12 oz. of purified seawater every night before bed at least 3 months before the fasting starts. This gets my body absorbed with the minerals I will need during the fast. This is so my body pH will be high. The higher the pH the easier the fasting will be.
4:00 am. When I awake, I will meditate at this time of day for the rest of my time on earth. In the Essene Gospel it is written that this is the best time to meditate. Later, after the fast and purification, you will find this is the best time to look at the light within. Meditation for me is 1 hour.
5:00 am. Do yoga exercises and watch the sunrise. I do the yoga exercise sun salutation, 3 to 4 times.
6:00 am. Drink 12 oz. of seawater. Prepare your lime juice drink and sweeten with honey for that morning, 1 quart, (1 lime or lemon, honey to taste, cayenne to taste, and use spring or purified water. Do not drink your juice yet. By this time you should be able to go to bathroom. If at first you do not go to the bathroom, do not worry about it. This will be happening in the next day or so.
6:30 am. Get your clothes you are going to use to block the sun and prepare to go lay in water. But do not put them on yet. This is what I use: two bungee cords to hold the raft in place, umbrella to block the sun or wind, baseball cap, white/thin/long-sleeved cotton shirt, white cotton paints, white cotton socks, and a flotation device to rest on. I will wear these clothes until I am able to lie in the sun without them, which usually takes about two weeks.
7:00 am. Collect 1 gallon of seawater from your tide pool (do not disturb the pool; make sure the pool has life in it). Put the water into a clear jug, and then place the jug in the Sun.
Pray to your Earthly Mother for the tide pool and the Angel of Water and the water that you have collected. This will energize the water. This is scientifically supported and relates to Dr. Emoto’s work on the emotions of water.
8:00 am. Drink the lime juice that you have prepared while you are lying in the Sun for the next hour. Lie naked and turn over every 15 minutes if you’re not already used to the Sun. If you are already used to lying in the sun, turn over every 30 minutes. I get prepared for lying in the sun by sunbathing 2 to 3 months before the fast.
9:00 am. Put your clothes on at this time. Enter the seawater, tie your raft to an anchor, and lie down and relax with most of your body in the water. I will tie off with my bungee cord on each side of the raft to keep the raft still in the water. I find old fishing nets and put a big rock inside to use for an anchor. I just leave them there until my fasting is over.
10:00 am. Do deep breathing exercises at this time and relax. Let you lungs fill with the essence created about the surf. It is important to note that at the waters edge the air is pure. The smell you sense is the womb of the Earthly Mother.
11:00 am. Get off the raft, put all your body in the water – even your head – and open your eyes and mouth under water. At first your eyes might burn so don’t rush it – keep trying. You have plenty of time so go slow and relax. Let the water move in and out of your mouth.
12:00 pm. Get back on the raft and relax. No more deep breathing at this time – just relax. Lay quietly in your Earthly Mother’s bosom. (This is from the Essene Gospel of Peace books.)
13:00 PM Get off the raft, put all your body in the water – even your head – and open your eyes and mouth under water. Let the water move in and out of your mouth.
14:00 PM Get back on the raft and relax. Lay quietly in your Earthly Mother’s bosom.
15:00 PM Get out of the water. Move your now sun purified water into the shade. Wring the seawater out of your clothes and hang them on line to dry for the next day. If you wring out as much seawater as you can the clothes will not be stiff with salt the next morning. Dry your body off with a towel. Let the air dry the rest of your body and brush the excess salt off. Then take a sponge bath by mixing the soap with the seawater.
16:00 PM I have an old chair that I took the seat off of so I can use it with a toilet seat on it. I dug a hole for my waste. I put beach sand in the hole so I can see what waste came out that day. This is where I will do my internal cleansing.
Enema: Do one or two enemas to get out as much as you can, but do not OVER do it. You are going to need some Olive Oil to lube the inn that goes in the rectum. Be sure to save 12 oz. of the seawater for the next morning to drink for your morning cleanse.
17:00 am. Meditation for 1 hour.
18:00 PM Prepare your lime juice/honey drink for that evening, 1 quart. Rest and watch the sunset while you drink it.
19:00 PM In the first week or so I will read the books I bring along by light. At first sleep does not come easy at sunset.
Now this is where the word RELIGION comes into play. Religion truly means to do what you did the day before the same way, where, how, and time. In other words repeat exactly what you did the day before. The cleaner you get the stronger you will get. This is when you will get bored, but you must stick to the cleaning routine. You will find it easy to get off the narrow path that you have chosen.
Do the same things that you did in week one, except adjust your seawater intake. Instead of drinking 12 oz. of seawater, you will drink 6 oz. of seawater each morning. If you do not go to the bathroom go back to drinking 12 oz.
4:00 am. Meditation for 1 hour.
5:00 am. Yoga exercises and watch the sunrise.
6:00 am. Drink 4 oz. of seawater. Prepare your lime juice/honey drink for that morning, 1/2 quart. If you think you will need more than this, just make more. Do not drink it yet. By that time you should be able to go to bathroom.
6:30 am. By this time you should not need clothes to block the sun. I wear only a thong.
7:00 am. Collect 1 gallon of water in a clear jug (do not disturb the pool; make sure the pool has life in it). Put the water in the Angel of the Sun. By this time the tide pool might be trashy; if it is, use a filter. A T-shirt will do just fine. The tides have changed and it might be harder to collect clean water.
7:00 am. Pray to your Earthly Mother for the tide pool and the Angel of Water and the water that you have collected. This will energize the water.
8:00 am. Drink the lime juice and then go lay in the Angel of Sun until 9:00. Lie naked and turn over every 30 minutes.
9:00 am. Enter the Water, tie your raft to an anchor, and lie down and relax. This time put even more of your body into the water still lying upon the raft.
10:00 am. Do deep breathing exercises at this time and relax.
11:00 am. Get off the raft, put all your body in the water – even your head – and open your eyes and mouth under water. Let the water move in and out of your mouth. Stay in the water as long as you can; get out only if you think you need rest or sun for warmth.
15:00 PM Get out of water. Move your purified water into shade.
16:00 PM By this time you should only be doing one enema. If the water had to be filtered do not use it all and do not stir it up. Be sure to save 4 oz. for tomorrow morning.
17:00 am. Meditation for 1 hour.
18:00 PM Prepare your lime juice/honey drink for that evening – 1 quart – and rest. Watch the sunset while you drink it.
19:00 PM You should be hearing the sound clearly by now.
This is when the main body of the mucoid plaque should be coming out during the internal cleanses. You should have been seeing many parts of it already come out. Now you are looking for a large body of plaque that should be dark yellow and smell really bad, with a mouth that has white hairs around it. The bottom of the plaque should look like long dreadlocks are hanging down from it. Next you will be looking for long threads of mucus of about 2 ft. long come out. After this comes out the next thing you are going to be looking for is how much waste comes out in the morning cleanses. It should be relatively clean by now, but if not, keep cleansing for a few more days. From the Essene books, Jesus said, “… cleanse till the water that comes out of you is as clean as the water that you are putting in you.”
He also said, “For every year you are on the earth you are to fast for one day.
