This Podcast begins with Scott saying how he’s amazed with how he feels a half hour after taking Exsula Superfoods Iridsca, compared to how he feels a half our after loading up on chocolate or candy.

Martin talks about how, at the genetic level, we’re programmed to crave certain foods and it’s the industrial food manufacturers and the food industry that have clued into this.  They serve you food that is sweet, creamy, oily and salty all at the same time and you have no power to resist.  You’ll come back and crave it more.

Then we have people that have no choice in what they eat – convicts…

Illinois convicts have gone to court, claiming that too much soy in their diets has left them with severe health problems, including heart issues and thyroid damage, along with allergic reactions and gastrointestinal distress.
