XtraPure Lecithin - Non GMO Phosphatidylcholine

I love this super food I’m not so sure just why except it tastes good and makes some of the ones that don’t taste so good better!

I love this product. It helps lower my cholesterol and blood sugar. I just need to be consistent.

This is the best lecithin on the market. No soy. Great for circulation and leg cramps.

I read some reviews and found people had success with taking this for leg cramps so I decided to try it. I was afraid to fly to California due to the cramping so I took this for a month and low and behold it worked for me I did not cramp on my 6 hour flight to California and I will keep taking it. I am happy with this product. I read that people complain how it doesn't mix well they are right what I decided to do it make capsules out of the powder to take and its more convenient and works for me. Thank you for a great product.

Was just testing to see if it was helpful for skin and hair, which it was. but what I like even better. Was the unexpected gradual lessen of my severe leg camping. which no type of magnesium nor electrolytes formulas could stop. The leg cramping would wake me up at night in horrible pain and made driving dangerous. After taking 3 or more tsp a day for about 4 months. I was totally free of the cramping. I was truly surprised and amazed!!! This experience showed me that lecithin is necessary for healthy arteries. It also helped reduced inflammation in my stomach and intestines. Great product for these issues. Thank you, martin, for this product.

The first thing that got me about the Exsula 'Lecithin' product was the label! The label explains everything you ever wanted to know about the product! This is unusual in any product- to have such a complete analysis of what it does in your body. I work a stressful 8 hr job on my feet most of the time and the lecithin has given a boost to my energy level. I also seem to be getting 'younger' looking in the face! Hmm that's not bad. I love the product - can you tell? We are worth the cost of the best health supplements and this product is one of them!

I'm in love with this product. Beats the granules by miles and miles. Perfect in homemade dressings and nutmilks. I love how it gives my family's meals a complete nutritional boost. My salad dressings are a hit every day and I know it's because of the lecithin!

The lecithin I ordered from you dissolves straight away in cold water, and that is usually the test, which (I think) shows it is pure phosphatidyl choline. Most of the lecithin locally available comes from Germany, and it does not easily dissolve, but leaves lumps, and I've never been sure about its purity.

I've used Lecithin for longer than I care to remember. I'm in good health and I see no reason to stop using it at this point. Highly recommended

I take a few different products such as Exsula Heart Studies Formula and some vitamins so it's hard to say exactly what part the Lechithin plays in my overall health but I do feel it gives me more energy during the day and people say I look much younger than my 65 years so I'm gonna keep using the product. I recommend it.

I love adding lecithin to my morning smoothies because it makes them taste so much creamier. I started using it for the promised benefits of clearer thinking, lower cholesterol and more energy. I have continued because of the taste. I like Exsula lecithin because it is derived from non-GMO sunflower seeds. Non-GMO is important to me.

Lecithin was the first superfood that I purchased from Life Enthusiast, it was several years ago. This lecithin is of great quality and the price is very good. Consuming lecithin has many benefits such as improved brain function and a relaxed energy boost. There are many other benefits of consuming lecithin which are listed on this website. This is a product that as a non-professional I completely recommend.

Love it! Have it in the morning and mix it in a smoothie. It gives me a kick start to the day. I have more energy and feel better for taking it.

Having fibromyalgia I have found I have more flexibility. I am less fatigued. I also have high cholesterol and will have that checked. Having more energy is so incredible for me. I have now joined an exercise program because I feel I can attend instead of being too tired to go. It's benefits were almost immediate. Be careful not to take too much or you may develope a headache or diarrhea. Also my complexion is softer. I am sure with prolonged use of this product will continue to reap health benefits my body has been missing.

This is the only lecithin I have found that I can tolerate. All the others make my gallbladder hurt. This one tastes good, too. I can just eat a spoonful of it right out of the bottle.

This is nice, taste is not offensive, blends well. Still early to notice all the effects. I recommended it to my sister too.

My use of lecithin dates back about 15 or 20 years. I was in a health food store, and having heard about the many benefits of lecithin, bought a small booklet on it by Carlson Wade, called the Lecithin Book. In this book, amongst so many other things, he describes the problems faced by Dr Jacobus Rinse, and how he found a solution to his Angina problem, by using a combination of lecithin and polyunsaturated oil, such as safflower oil. I had a mild form of Angina myself, and have overcome the problem and increased my ability to run for long periods by the Dr Rinse method. In his book, Carlson Wade indicated a test for pure lecithin granules (soy sourced), as being the ability to disperse rapidly in liquids, and I have used this as the test for pure lecithin, sourced from Soybeans. Soy flour, apparently does not dissolve. In the book on page 81 it says; Question: How can I home test my lecithin granule product to make sure it is pure? Answer: Pure or real lecithin granules disperse rapidly in liquids. Soy flour sinks right to the bottom of a liquid; it is not a natural emulsifier and does NOT dissolve. Test your granules and see what happens. The granules I obtained from a health food store originally dispersed in water. Then the next lot I purchased did not, until there was nothing available anywhere that dissolved. Most of the granular lecithin one can buy here is from Germany, and sold under various names such as Soland, and there are a few other brands. All these granules look the same, but none of them dissolves very easily. I then found another product of granular lecithin, manufactured by Thompsons in New Zealand, and this was great, but they stopped making it, and it was then that I found the heart studies formula, based on Dr Rinse's formula, and the Exsula Xtrapure Lecithin. The heart studies formula always dissolves in cold water, so does the apple fiber. At the moment, I'm taking the heart studies formula every day. The previous Exsula soybean sourced lecithin was more powdery, as I remember, and always dissolved quickly, and now the sunflower lecithin will dissolve in warm water. I bought these superfoods after researching other sites like optimum living foods and the 30 day raw food diets. These super blend powders are said to be derived from an eclectic mix of raw, living plant-based super foods. I add Lecithen because it was recommended to help the body absorb fat soluble nutrients. So I added the Lecithen as part of a combined mixture of other superfood powders which I prepare ahead of time in a dozen sets of 4 oz tupperware containers and keep them stored in the freezer. Into each container I add a teaspoon each of Golden Flaxseed Meal, Psyllium fiber, Apple Fiber, Iridesca, Advancium, ZoeTein, Ellagiplex, Lecithen, and Strataflora. Twice a day, I add the contents of one of these frozen tupperwares superblends, to 20 oz of prilled water and juice. I mix the powder and liquid in a 20 oz shaker bottle, and drink it. I did this two or three times a day for almost four days straight on Jan 20-23, with almost nothing in between but clean, prilled water to which I added fresh squeezed lemon juice. I also supplemented the superfood smoothies with slices of apples, celery, and carrots. I stopped when I saw too many Domino ads for a pepperoni, mushroom, garlic butter crust pizza. Too long a story here to explain more, but I have resolved to resume this protocol on Ash Wednesday, when Lent starts. There is a support group at my job, who are currently doing a similar detox with different ingredients.

This is an important item in the conglomeration of supplements that is urging me towards a more healthy life. I just started this supplement, so I cannot be real specific at this point. I have always been extremely pleased with LEC products.

I am quite cynical, especially in the field of nutritional supplements. My wife has been on a lot of medication because of her epileptic seizures that cause her constipation and other side effects. You have no idea how happy I am to report that her seizures have decreased both in frequency and intensity, but best of all, she is enjoying regular bowel movements. It may sound trivial, but it is a big deal for a person plagued by this.

I love this product. It tastes great and makes my complexion look great.
