Hi Martin. I bought the Andreas Oils blackseed oil from you and I have been using it for about 4 days. I also have the Bio Natal brand, which is supposed to be a really good one, and the Vitamin Shoppe brand. I also have tried the one off Amazon made by Triquetta, that says it is 5% thymoquinone. I dowse all my supplements so I know which ones I benefit from and which are good quality. Andreas Oil tests very high when I test. Out of all these, which all test high and are 3-5% in thymoquinone, Andreas Oils taste the best and is the best value. I take a spoon in the morning and I just started a spoon of the Andreas Oils brand at night. I find myself reaching for the Andreas Oils blackseed oil and crave it. I want more. It tastes so good. The other brands, I will finish them, but I won't be reordering. They work but I don't want any other blackseed oil. I will continue to buy from your store and I'll add Andreas Oils 5 oil blend to my next order.
As far as blackseed oil, I am taking it for hormone balancing for perimenopause, which has made me gain 20 pounds. Blackseed oil has been an effective appetite suppressant, which comes in handy since I am so busy and don't always have time to eat. I can take a spoon of blackseed oil in the morning and I can work until the evening and not feel hungry. So far no hot flashes either so that's awesome too. ☺️
