STRATA-FLORA: Directions for Use
Usage is individual and will vary widely from person to person.
AMOUNT
- For general use, start by taking 1/4 teaspoon daily, increasing gradually up to 5 teaspoons daily. Take the amount required to experience good bowel movements.
- For constipation, take a larger dose 20 minutes after your dinner.
- For loose stools, take smaller doses, but take them more often throughout the day – beginning with 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon with every meal.
- If you experience gas or bloating, make sure that you are drinking an abundance of Energized Water with Strata Flora. If this condition persists, temporarily reduce the amount of Strata Flora.
- After first month of intensive use, typical ongoing maintenance usage is 1 or 2 teaspoons daily.
MIXING
- Stir into pure, Energized Water, or (organic) fruit juice, yogurt, buttermilk, or kefir milk.
- For variety, you can blend into a fruit smoothie.

May be taken internally or applied externally, directly onto your skin.
INTERNAL USEÂ
- Start by taking 10 to 20 drops in 16 oz of Energized Water, 2 to 3 times daily. Take less if you experience a detox reaction.
- After detox symptoms disappear, dosage may be increased to 1 teaspoon (100 drops) 2-3 times daily.
- Drink as much as you like, just listen to your body.
- Take with or without food.
