I'm impressed with the ATP+! You have patiently listened to me whine and complain about low energy for a long time. Having tried practically everything you offer, I have had few positive results, except for my decades-long use of Exsula - no other products have made any significant improvement. Until now that is - The ATP Plus has launched me into activity I would not consider possible. I made the pleasant mistake of taking a full dropper of ATP a few days ago early in the morning. As you know, being a serious meditator since childhood (I'm now 69) I have required much less sleep than most people. But this ATP had me fully awake for two nights in succession. I continue to purchase this item monthly. I cannot and will not be without it. Mental clarity ~ restored balance ~ and all around well being ~ I have never had a product work this fast. From the first bottle four bottles ago the result was quick. I use 15 drops in the morning before anything else. However taking a few drops late in the day as I do if I plan to need more energy late into the night does not prevent sleep. Once I took a few drops late at night to keep 'going' and sleeping afterward was sound and perfect. All around restlessness and not being able to fall asleep has been eliminated. I use Coconut water ~ placing the drops in a small shot glass and adding the coconut water. If I am traveling I use regular bottled water. The bottle size is perfect for travel. Wrap tightly in a baggie to prevent any spilling. This stuff is precious ! The bottle will have a collection of residue which hardens around the bottle neck. When the bottle is empty I place the bottle in a glass of water upside down to melt the residue and drink the water. I also give a few drops to my dog and two cats. I add drops to my Box Turtle's soaking tubs. I use it knowing that it cannot harm as it is a life force product. I am not young and it works more than any other health benefit I have tried. As a vegetarian ATP Energy is just the right 'life' giving substance to give ongoing energy ~ you will feel like smiling ~ you will suddenly laugh a lot !!!!! JMT age / 75
