Opti-MSM - methylsulfonylmethane

I started taking Opti-MSM when began my wellness journey. I do believe that it helped me heal from an ankle injury, according to my chiropractor. When he heard I had been taking it and I no longer had pain in that area, he was the one that said it was likely due to taking that supplement. I worked my way up in my dosage and I'm sure that was a contributing factor. I've re-ordered it once and will do so again when I'm getting low.

I was struggling with improving my bile flow for 9 months now. While I saw some improvements using supplements they were not sustained. I followed Dr. Kathleen Janel's protocol for SIBO using MSM. It's been 3 weeks, I started with half a teaspoon of MSM and have gradually built it up to 2 tea spoons. My bile is flowing well and is consistent.

I use Opti MSM to help bone and muscle pain and it works really well.

Ordered OptiMSM to help boost my immune system. Seems to be doing the job!

MSM is fantastic. I take 3 teaspoons a day and my chronic tiredness is completely gone.

Good product, it does the job

I love this product and use it for my fibromyalgia. Wasn't sure if it would work but tried it anyway. It does work and the pain has been reduced.

Have taken many different joint supplements but this works the best. This really helps me. Would recommend it to anyone joint pain.

Yesterday I almost drove myself to the ER for chest palpitations. But before doing so, I remember Martin telling me about the circulatory benefits of MSM. In further researching it, I discovered that it's the 4th most abundant mineral in our bodies and that we don't make it. We have to get it from dietary sources. So I took some MSM to see if it would help and the palpitations subsided. I took a little more later in the day and when I woke up this morning was feeling completely back to normal. Martin and the products he carries have saved me more than once and this was certainly one of them.

Great product! Most potent MSM I have found. Helps me with energy. More oxygen, less pain.
