There isn't anything I have tried that wasn't effective and worth every penny. The nutritional coaching is a PLUS for sure and free! You will never be disappointed in their recommendations.

a major improvement

Really don't know about the AuraMax version as this is a first time purchase for me. The 1200 has less silica but more E. Cava than the AuraSil 300. Something in my diet has helped with my paper thin skin that was easy to tear, bruise and bleed. This is a major improvement and I suspect it may have been the collagen and silica in the AuraFit. I had used the Aurasil 300 for a few months before I noticed that I wasn't covered in bruises from elbows to hands.

i have found this product to be beneficial for my connective tissues.
