Great for digestive and nervous system health

I absolutely love the Magnesium Powder. I use it almost daily. I will use it before bed and get a great night sleep. I will use it when I'm just feeling congested in my head or sluggish in my body. It feels like it just takes all the icky stuff out. Almost like it's cleaning me from the inside out. I feel that it just recharges my batteries. This is my most favorite product that Life Enthusiast sells.

Really really calms me down. Improves my sleep.

I did not know that I was supposed to use the Magnesium Powder in my bath, I instead took a half-teaspoon every day in my drink. I am really pleased, because my tendonitis went away, and my skin rashes are disappearing, too.
