Crystal Salt Rocks

I have had chronic dry skin for as long as I can remember and have really dreaded bathing because of the itching all over that would ensue after I bathed. The itching would keep me awake at night and would not subside for about 1 1/2 days even if I covered my body in coconut oil. When I take a bath with this salt 1/4 cup and soak up to 1/2 hour I have no itching. It has been like a miracle to me.

I just wanted to tell you that I'm very happy with the salt.

These salts make a significant difference in the way both my husband and I feel. We create a brine that we add to our green drinks. We also add a half tsp to our drinking water. We crush it to sprinkle on our food. Once you taste it, you know at once it is special. Regular table salt just doesn't compare. Once you switch, you'll never want to go back. We even carry it with us in old contact lens cases to use when we are away from home.

I've been using Himalayan Salt from Life Enthusiast for a while and wouldn't use anything else. I use the sol or brine in cooking and the food tastes wonderful. Regular salt makes me very thirsty and I never experience thirst with this salt, just a good overall healthy feeling. And it's so beautiful, the salt rocks are so pleasing to look at.
