I have ordered this twice to see the full benefit. I find it just OK. It will bloat your stomach out. Most pre and probiotics will also do this. I am not a fan of this bloating. This may be my last order.

I have been using this product for awhile. It helped me be more regular and I feel so much better. I feel more energy, no more feeling like I have not completely eliminated waste, toxins, etc from my body. I plan on continuing to use this product daily as part of my normal routine.

I've tried several probiotic products including Gundry's product that's supposed to contain pre, post, and some other probiotic. I've tried the one from Infowars. I've tried it from Purium. And a couple of others that I don't recall where I got them from. None of them worked. Strata-Flora worked immediately. The others I tried for a while in case they needed time to work. No need to with Strata-Flora!

I've only been taking StrataFlora for 5 days and it seems to have settled my stomach down.
