In just three days of use, I am noticing some subtle effects of the magnesium oil. The hair seems darker, skin is rosier. I like it a lot!

I started taking Opti-MSM when began my wellness journey. I do believe that it helped me heal from an ankle injury, according to my chiropractor. When he heard I had been taking it and I no longer had pain in that area, he was the one that said it was likely due to taking that supplement. I worked my way up in my dosage and I'm sure that was a contributing factor. I've re-ordered it once and will do so again when I'm getting low.

My experience has been, my blood pressure had gone up fairly high and unstable, from when I started applying magnesium it started falling and settled, very stable in the 125-130/70-80/75-80, these figures without relaxing for 15 minutes and I'm a 78 year old. I live in a retirement community in So. CA where so many elderly and also young (55) residents have arthritis. I gave my next door neighbor some Arthritis-Ease to try yesterday. My husband suffered from painful joints in his fingers and wrists. The swelling and pain were unrelenting despite the numerous interventions he tried. He began to use the Arthritis-Ease and noticed dramatic decreases in swelling and pain within the first 24 hours. By 48 hours he was pain free! There was no visible swelling and he was able to use his hands without any difficulty! He is a painting contractor and must do a lot of prolonged squeezing during spray painting. This stuff really works Great!!! Martin is so good with all these products, I have restless leg syndrome along with arthritic pain in my knees, back and shoulders. The Magnesium really helps so much when I go to bed.

I was struggling with improving my bile flow for 9 months now. While I saw some improvements using supplements they were not sustained. I followed Dr. Kathleen Janel's protocol for SIBO using MSM. It's been 3 weeks, I started with half a teaspoon of MSM and have gradually built it up to 2 tea spoons. My bile is flowing well and is consistent.

So far I am using it on my back, Neck and Hips and Knees. I have a condition where I am producing too much Calcium and am hoping this will help to give me some relief. I know nothing works over night so I will keep trying this for a bit and hope for the best.

My shoulders, neck and arm have been painful for some time, due to stress. Just started massaging Magnesium oil in those areas and the tension and pain is not as intense. Good product.

When I have tried spraying the Magnesium Oil on my skin, it would leave my skin feeling dry and gritty. We realized that spraying after a soak or shower and rubbing it into the skin, changed that. It still doesn't feel as soft as just using the water, but it is no longer that really drying feeling and the grittiness feeling has disappeared as well. I find that if I want to spray some on my skin, it is always best to wash the area with a hot wet face cloth first, then spray the Oil on and rub into my skin. I noticed that if I didn't do that it didn't seem to absorb as well for me. We have also been using essential oils in our foot soaks... put on some wonderful meditation music... what a treat! We have used rose oil and lavender. (Not at the same time).

Very convenient to use, just spray it on after a shower and it absorbs well into the skin.

Mag oil stings immediately upon application to the skin but over a short amt of time I noticed very little sensation w/repeated applications. It is now an essential part of my hygiene regimen. A super healthy salt substitute. Highly recommend.
