I was getting leg cramps a lot. I was taking a magnesium supplement but it didn't seem to help. I started using this product, built up to 2 sprays on each arm and leg (8 sprays total) morning and night and it pretty much stopped my leg cramps. I started getting a few cramps again and started taking 1/4 teaspoon of cream of tartar (potassium) before bed and that has helped again.
Taking Thyrodine was supposed to raise my body temperature. I have been taking 10 drops/day for 8 months but my body temperature has stayed around 97.3.
So far I've been taking this product now for 4 months and i can honestly feel the difference, more energy, vitality and strength so far so good.

This is a great product. I drink a dropperful per day....I put it on my body for pain....I spray it on my hair for grooming.....I mix it w/miracle soap (1/2 T of each) and spray it on plants.....love this stuff and having been using it for years.
