EMPowerplus Methylated Advanced

The EMPowerPlus seems to be excellent so far. I haven't felt this good in many years. I take three in the early part of the day and one later in the day. I get lots of energy, but it is not nervous. In the gym, I rep-ed my medium-heavy weight 15 times in instead of the usual 10, just because I felt like it. The extra muscle cohesion is manifest as lower stress in the muscles. You don't feel the tugging as much and know that this means you have reserve and that injury is unlikely. The two sensations always run together-more strength and less chance of tearing. I attribute this to better neuromuscular coherency and greater cross-sectional hydrogen-bond density (protein-to-water bonding across muscle tissue). Eyesight improved slightly for similar reasons, causing the contacts to fit somewhat better. Also, I have little or no craving for sugar at night (a sign of better nutrient density - absorption), and I seem to be able to fall asleep earlier and therefore rise earlier because the waking time is a hotter burn (again from greater nutrient density/efficiency).

After two weeks of taking EMPowerPlus I noticed an improvement in my sleeping patterns. Previously as soon as my head hit the pillow thoughts would take over and my mind wouldn't shut down, now I'm able to fall asleep quickly. I've also noticed an improvement in mood; I now experience significantly less anxiety and depression. I feel that I'm better able to handle stressful situations since taking EMPowerPlus. It has promoted an overall happier me.

I have an extensive background in mental health, with graduate degrees from Harvard and U.C. Berkeley. I spent 25 years as a clinical social worker and never saw any results with bipolar clients like the results I have had from EMPowerplus Advanced. Since then I have had no manic and no depressive episodes, and have discontinued all psychiatric medication including lithium and sleeping medications. I have struggled with mild depression and anxiety my whole life. Although I don't like labels I know I have the symptoms of ADHD. In my early 60's I was struggling evermore with an aging brain.
