The EMPowerPlus seems to be excellent so far. I haven't felt this good in many years. I take three in the early part of the day and one later in the day. I get lots of energy, but it is not nervous. In the gym, I rep-ed my medium-heavy weight 15 times in instead of the usual 10, just because I felt like it. The extra muscle cohesion is manifest as lower stress in the muscles. You don't feel the tugging as much and know that this means you have reserve and that injury is unlikely. The two sensations always run together-more strength and less chance of tearing. I attribute this to better neuromuscular coherency and greater cross-sectional hydrogen-bond density (protein-to-water bonding across muscle tissue). Eyesight improved slightly for similar reasons, causing the contacts to fit somewhat better. Also, I have little or no craving for sugar at night (a sign of better nutrient density - absorption), and I seem to be able to fall asleep earlier and therefore rise earlier because the waking time is a hotter burn (again from greater nutrient density/efficiency).
