Shipping and Payment Information

We aim to please you and meet your expectations.

Any errors that may occur will be corrected, and all products that you return in resalable condition will be credited. Opened consumable products can not be returned.

Typically, all orders are shipped by the next business day.

If you have received a confirmation by email, your order has been shipped.If you have not received it, please check your junk or spam folder. If it is not there, please call us, as your order has likely failed to complete, and we don't even know that you started it.

We accept the following major credit cards:
Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover/Novus.

Payment by Cheque or Money Order:
Place your order in our shopping cart and choose the "Pay by Check" option. If you are using USPS Money Order, please make sure that it is negotiable and valid in Canada. Our bank is Canadian.

Your order will be shipped upon receipt of your cheque or money order.

You can send your order by e-mail in writing. See our Contact Information page for where to send your order.

United States Shipping and Payment

At the time of check out, you have the options to select U.S. Mail or United Parcel Service (UPS).
Packages usually arrive in 3 to 5 business days.

Prices shown are in U.S. currency. Your goods will be shipped from our U.S. warehouse.
No additional taxes will be charged.

Canadian Shipping and Payment

We used to have a Canadian store, but the increasing regulatory pressure from the oversight agencies forced us to close it down. We gladly ship to our Canadian customers from our US Warehouse.

Please expect to pay at the post office a $5.00 handling fee plus GST (or HST) when you receive the order.

We can ship by UPS Ground on special request. Because UPS charges a high ($35++) handling fee, the lower shipping cost is usually lost. UPS Air shipments do not have the brokerage fee added.

In some special cases we may ship a Canadian order by Canada Post at our discretion from goods that we may have in our Canadian office.

International Shipping and Payment

Deliveries outside of North America are shipped by Air Mail and can take 10 to 30 days.
Please expect higher shipping costs, and your local taxes, duties and border brokerage fees.

In addition to credit cards and PayPal, we accept MoneyBookers payments. Send your payment by e-mail to info@life-enthusiast.com after you have placed your order in our shopping cart with "pay by cheque" or money order option. 

Shipments to some countries experience unusual delays when shipped by mail.  A few shipments we sent were mysteriously lost - perhaps by theft. If you are concerned, please use UPS as your carrier. It is more expensive, but it offers full tracking and reliable delivery.
