What Are Chronic Inflammation Symptoms?

Acute inflammation symptoms are triggered when your body needs to rebuild some cells that have been damaged, such as when you sprain your ankle, or smash your thumb. In order to activate the reconstruction, you body will bring on Pain, Swelling, Heat and Redness. But when the irritation is in the form of a low-grade constant stress, your body responds with a systemic process, mediated by histamine (the same histamine that causes your spring allergies they are also an inflammatory response).

Depending on your genetic strengths and weaknesses, this inflammation may show up as headaches, migraines, vertigo, neck pains, or as sleep disturbances, memory problems and brain fog, or as stomach cramps, vomiting, and diarrhea, or as menstrual pains, PMS and endometriosis, or as sinus problems, runny nose, and asthma, or as skin blemishes like seborrhea, urticaria and rosacea, or as heart disease, blood pressure, and arrhythmia, or as arthritis and fibromyalgia, scleroderma and vitiligo, and any of the many exotic syndromes with names like Hashimoto, Sjogren, Kawasaki, Addison, etc. Or just as chronic fatigue. The types of inflammatory disease that are not very painful, are the most deadly ones: heart attack, high blood pressure, and diabetes.
