Broady Sciences, Strength24 Helps Thousands, It's Your Turn

Ancient Wisdom Marries Modern Science for Optimal Cellular Health

Jasmine flower extracts have been used for centuries by people around the world to restore and promote health.

When cells are healthy, all organs and systems work better. And when all our systems work better, we thrive.

Enzymes are proteins built by your body to enable and improve the efficiency of chemical reactions – in all your cells and systems.

Your ability to produce enzymes declines with age (or you feel old when enzyme production declines) and Strength24 invigorates the production of Ca2+ATPase – an enzyme found in every cell of your body. This helps restore and maintain cellular and systemic health. You’ll feel improvements in your sleep, muscle and joint function, lower inflammation, less pain, greater bladder function and more.

Enzyme Production

Strength24 invigorates your enzyme production for a return to dynamic equilibrium and better health. Enzymes dramatically increase the efficiency of chemical reactions – in all cells and systems of your body. Your ability to build these enzymes declines with age. Strength24 helps your body offset the reduction of enzyme levels that contributes to numerous chronic diseases.

Strength 24 helps increase Ca2+ATPase levels in the pineal gland which may result in:

  • Faster and easier getting to sleep
  • Deeper and more restful sleep.

The pineal gland, located in the center of the brain, produces melatonin, the key hormone that regulates the sleep-wake cycle. As with all bodily processes calcium regulation is fundamental to the release of melatonin. Calcium regulation in the pineal gland is controlled by Ca2+ATPase.

As we age, Ca2+ATPase levels decline in the Pineal Gland. As a result, two things occur. The first and most immediate is reduced melatonin secretion which makes adequate sleep harder to attain. The second result is that in the long run, reduced Ca2+ATPase levels in the pineal gland lead to pineal gland calcification, which reduces melatonin secretion further and also is linked to degenerative brain diseases such as Alzheimer’s.

Strength 24 can help support optimal melatonin levels for a good night sleep now and offers protection against pineal gland calcification which is key to long term cognitive function.

Muscle Fatigue

Muscle fatigue can slow you down, making everything more difficult than it used to be.

Strength 24 helps increases Ca2+ATPase in skeletal muscles which may result in:

  • Extended muscle endurance
  • Increased muscle strength
  • Faster muscle recovery.

Muscle contraction is dependent on calcium. Calcium is released from a cellular storage vesicle (sarcoplasmic reticulum) into the cell which then triggers muscle contraction. After the calcium is released and the contraction has occurred, the calcium must then be pumped back into the storage vesicle so that the there will be adequate calcium for the next contraction. Ca2+ATPase is the pump that moves calcium out of the cell and into the storage vesicle.

As we age Ca2+ATPase levels decline resulting in reduced skeletal muscle strength. In addition, exercise reduces, in a sense, and uses up Ca2+ATPase. In other words, the Ca2+ATPase levels cannot keep up with the increased flow of calcium due to the repetitive muscle contractions. As a result, muscles lose their ability to contract. The outcome is muscle fatigue.

When Ca2+ATPase levels are supported with Strength 24, muscles may be able to work longer before fatigue. You can push yourself harder and for longer which stimulates muscle growth. Finally, increased Ca2+ATPase levels help speed muscle recovery as calcium levels can be normalized more rapidly.

Joint and Muscle Pain

Strength 24 helps increases Ca2+ATPase levels. May reduce inflammation and discomfort for such conditions as:

  • Inflammation in tendons
  • Stiff joints (like a bad knee)
  • Aches and pains of getting old.

Inflammation occurs when the body produces pro-inflammatory mediators such as leukotrienes, MCP-1, and histamine in response to a triggering event, such as an injury. Pain levels are correlated with leukotriene levels in particular.

The release of leukotriene, MCP-1, and histamine is determined by levels of intracellular calcium in mast cells. When intracellular calcium reaches excessive levels, the inflammatory response is triggered. Ca2+ATPase helps to maintain optimal levels of intracellular calcium, thus significantly reducing inflammation and pain. Steroids (cortisone shots) are one mainstay of treating inflammation, stimulate Ca2+ATPase to reduce the inflammatory condition.

Strength 24 helps increase Ca2+ATPase levels, helps prevent excessive intracellular calcium in mast cells, reducing inflammation and discomfort. A natural pain reducer that works.

Urinary Incontinence

You know the feeling: You need to find a bathroom, and fast. Have you been stuck in traffic, desperately needing “to go’? Do you wake up two or three times during the night just to get relief? Strength 24 can help. Many users have reported improved bladder function within 30 days, feeling back in control like they used to be.

Strength 24 increases Ca2+ATPase in the bladder muscle which:

  • Supports bladder function and control in men with benign prostate hyperplasia (enlargement)
  • Supports bladder function in menopausal/perimenopausal women with reduced hormone levels.

Although not widely known, the bladder is built with smooth muscle tissue. The detrusor muscle contracts when urinating to squeeze out urine. Otherwise, it remains relaxed to allow the bladder to fill. The internal sphincter muscle of urethra is the primary muscle for preventing the release of urine.

As with all muscles, muscle contraction and relaxation is controlled by calcium. Calcium is released from a cellular storage vesicle (sarcoplasmic reticulum) into the cell which then triggers muscle contraction. After the calcium is released and the contraction has occurred, the calcium then must be pumped back into the storage vesicle so that the there will be adequate calcium for the next contraction. Ca2+ATPase is the pump that moves calcium out of the cell and into the storage vesicle. As we age Ca2+ATPase levels decline resulting in reduced muscle control (overactive bladder).

Ca2+ATPase levels are approximately 40% lower in bladders of men with bladder dysfunction as compared to men of similar age with normal function. In fact, the severity of the bladder dysfunction correlates with reduced Ca2+ATPase levels. In other words, the greater the symptoms, the lower the Ca2+ATPase.

In women, alterations in the female sex hormones are believed to play a major role in bladder dysfunction. There is a direct relationship between estrogen levels and blood flow to the bladder. As a result, there is increased free radical generation which leads to decreased Ca2+ATPase. Decreased Ca2+ATPase results in reduced bladder muscle function and control.

By increasing Ca2+ATPase levels to normal, Strength 24 can improve bladder function in both men and women and give them back the freedom they deserve!

The Science

Strength24 is an extraordinary dietary supplement that marries ancient wisdom with modern science to promote optimal cellular health. Enzymes are proteins built by the body that dramatically increase the efficiency of chemical reactions in all cells in all systems.

The ability to build these enzymes declines with age. Strength24 invigorates the production of Ca2+ATPase, an enzyme found in every cell in the body to restore and maintain cellular and systemic health. This return to dynamic equilibrium leads to improvements in muscle performance and recovery, sleep, bladder function, inflammatory response, and more.

Ca2+ATPase is an enzyme that maintains optimal intracellular calcium levels in all human eukaryotic cells. There are two principal types, PMCA and SERCA, each with multiple sub-types.

Plasma Membrane Ca2+ATPase, or PMCA, is a transport protein that resides in the plasma membrane and acts as an ion pump to remove excess Ca2+ from inside the cell, thereby maintaining proper cell signaling, as well as contributing to optimal calcium levels in extracellular fluids such as lymph and blood. Ca2+, as a second messenger, can greatly amplify cell signaling. Excess calcium levels cause noise and signaling inaccuracies which can compromise cell function and health.

Sarcoplasmic Reticulum ATPase, known as SERCA, plays a critical role in all three types of muscle tissue; skeletal, smooth and cardiac. In each case, it is SERCA that transfers Ca2+ from the cytosol of the muscle cell back to the lumen of the sacroplasmic reticulum during relaxation and to prepare for the next contraction. The lack of available SERCA enzyme quantities sufficient to maintain muscle fiber recovery cycles leads to muscle fatigue and then to muscle exhaustion.

The ramifications of a shortage of either type of CA2+ATPase are clear – compromised function leading to declines in cellular, system, and overall health.

Jasmine and Ca2+ATPase

Jasmonates are a family of plant stress hormones found in minute quantities in many species of plants, and most abundantly in the volatile portion of the oil extracted from jasmine flowers. Jasmine flowers and their oils have been in constant use by humans for their nutrient and healing properties for several centuries, with the isolation and use of jasmonates beginning in the early 1960s.

Jasmonates are oxygenated fatty acids characterized by cyclopentone rings, and have many health promoting attributes, including: reversal of skeletal muscle degeneration caused by malnutrition and disease, relieving psychological stress, treating dry skin and more. Specifically, jasmonates have been found to increase the body’s ability to produce Ca2+ATPase.

Importance of Supporting Production of Ca2+ATPase

In addition to aging, numerous environmental toxins inhibit Ca2+ATPase. These include mercury, lead, fluoride, aluminum, pesticides, electromagnetic fields, radiation and second hand smoke. Food dyes, artificial flavoring and preservatives such as BHT and Bis-phenol also inhibit this key enzyme. In addition to sleep, muscle function, and urinary control, numerous chronic diseases including developmental delays, asthma, heart disease, diabetes, and some forms of cancer are linked to reduced Ca2+ATPase levels. Ca2+Atpase is crucial for optimal health and Strength24 can help counter the toxic exposure we all encounter in the everyday world.

The Story

Broady Sciences, Strength24 can Change Your Life

At an early age my son Knute experienced periods of sleep without breathing, swallowing problems, drooping eyelids, muscle weakness, painful rashes, and breathing difficulties. After exhausting conventional medical treatment that could not give me a diagnosis, I began my own quest for answers.

Over the course of several years, I began to make the connection between his symptoms and certain foods and substances such as food dyes, additives, artificial flavorings, and specific foods such as corn. Looking for a link, I learned that all of the substances my son reacted to caused reduced levels of Ca2+ATPase, a key enzyme found in every cell of the body.

I soon realized that in addition to my son, there were many people that could benefit from optimized levels of Ca2+ATPase, as reduced levels are associated with a wide range of diseases such as heart failure, diabetes, and muscle degeneration.

In my search for ways to increase this enzyme, I found the natural substance jasmonate. Not finding it readily available as a supplement, I set about formulating one. As it turned out, CA2+ATPase was just one aspect of my son’s health issues, nevertheless, I was determined to supply a uniquely formulated jasmonate product to all individuals looking to improve their health, and that is how Strength24 was born.
