Barley Gold Alkalizing Flush

Increase the Barley Gold intake to 2-4 heaping tablespoons three times per day or more if hungry.

  • Only consume (if hungry) raw vegetables, fruit, and raw proteins.
  • Drink at least 8 glasses of Distilled or RO water, with lemon.
  • Try to stay on this for about 2 weeks.

After the 2 weeks if weight and health has not been stabilized, add Barley Gold into a smoothie drink 3 times per day.

  • Tablespoon of organic raw flax seed (ground before mixing)
  • 8 Ounces of organic nut milk
  • 1/2 a Cup of organic fresh berries or fruit
  • 1 Tablespoon of raw unpasteurized honey
  • 2 organic, free range raw eggs
  • 3-4 Tablespoons of Barley Gold

The ingredients should be mixed in a blender with the eggs being added last and only for about 10 seconds. This smoothie can then be added to the daily routine and be taken 3 times per day until your weight and health seems to stabilize (about another 3-4 weeks).

After stabilized weight and health, only eat if you are feeling hungry. The addition of other food can be incorporated into the diet and reduce the smoothie down to once or twice a day. You should notice mild allergic reactions happening when you start to consume other foods that your body does not want. Runny noses, watering eyes, and itching may occur. You may also feel nauseous or an immediate bowel movement with this consumption of other food. If this occurs, learn what your body is saying to you. Either eat less of these foods or avoid them for the time being. Of course, some food that you have liked previously, you will have no more desire for. Again that is O.K.; your body will tell you what it needs.

In Addition…

To assist your liver with moving through the toxins efficiently, daily juice the below ingredients:

  • 1 Beet
  • 1 Lemon
  • Cucumber
  • 1 Clove of Garlic

This should make 1 medium glass of Juice.
Then with a non-metal utensil, stir in 1 Tablespoon of Olive Oil.
Drink within 10 minutes of juicing

Liver Cleanse Smoothie

This Smoothie is a great way to clean out your liver / bowels, and very yummy!

  • 2 Oranges
  • Purified Water Ice
  • 1 clove of Garlic
  • Stevia or Agave Nectar (Optional and to personal taste)
  • 2 Tablespoons of Barley Gold
  • Equal part of Ginger

Blend, then stir in 2 tablespoons of Olive Oil.
