Books: Candida Albicans or Yeast

Complete Candida Yeast Guidebook

Everything You Need to Know About Prevention, Treatment & Diet, “The existence of a Candida problem is only denied by those not up-to-date on recent medical, microbiological, and bio-chemical literature… ~ Everything in this book has been documented by peer-reviewed scientific research and case histories. Just as truth prevailed over the historically denied association between scurvy and vitamin C deficiency or between peptic ulcers and the bacterium helicobacter pylori, universal acceptance of Candida-related illness is only a matter of time…

Women may associate the term “Candida ” with vaginal yeast infections. But this stubborn yeast can create all of the above and many other problems for the body. It can make you feel an awful, dulling fatigue, gut pain and bloating, constipation, rashes, thrush (a white yeast film in the mouth), “jock itch” and other skin and scalp infections. In some people, the Candida gets into their joints, causing arthritis-like symptoms. Others have repeated Candida -related yeast or fungus infections in their sinuses -manifesting as chronic sinusitis, -which antibiotics won’t touch.”

This is an incredible book that really gives you a good view of the whole picture, taking into consideration Acid/Alkaline, Cleansing, Food Combining, Rebuilding the Immune System, Caring for the Colon and Healing the Liver as well as other principles. This comprehensive book talks about many of the diets that are out there and the positive and negative effects on candida. It explains which foods to eat and avoid, an why. It provides recipes. No surprise, it will recommend that as with all candida related diets, you have to give up all sugars, grains and fruits (for the first phase at least).
