Nutmeg – Myristica Fragrans

Nutmeg if used as a seasoning can stimulate the cardiovascular system, it promotes concentration, it is valued as an anti-inflammatory agent, reducing swelling of the joints. Nutmeg is often prescribed for the liver; it helps the liver remove toxins.
