In June of this year I received a breast cancer diagnosis. After successful surgery and subsequent research on additional treatments, I chose to decline traditional medicine and maintain my health through supplements, whole foods, exercise, meditation, maintaining a healthy weight and lowering my estrogen. To that end I had my metabolic typing done and it is one of the best health decisions I have made. Within the first week, I noticed a difference in feeling less bloated but increasing a sense of being full and satisfied. Prior to that, I did not know the difference between being bloated and being full. I have increased stamina, clarity of mind, and have lost 12 pounds. I have also noticed a difference in my menstrual cycles - indicative of lowering chemically induced higher estrogen levels - a very good thing in managing cancer cells. This way of eating naturally appealed to my body and I did not have any cravings for eliminated foods or a sense of deprivation. I highly recommend to anyone interested in maintaining or increasing positive health outcomes to have their metabolic testing done by Life Enthusiast. The support and encouragement they have provided throughout this process is truly exceptional!

I was on statin for cholesterol and on insulin for diabetes. Since I switched to my right diet (I am a Fast Oxidizer), I was able to get off statin completely, and reduce insulin to just 10 percent of my previous dose. I believe I will be able to get off that altogether. I am feeling so much better. Thank you for all your great podcasts. I heard about half of them already.

I realized I had been answering from how I have always thought I was all my life or how I have been making myself be to fit in.The recognition of making myself into who I thought I was supposed to be... always striving to be that person. I had no idea!! Maybe I will stop having all the dreams about me pooping in various bathrooms and people trying to peep at me or break in on me once I integrate this information into my life.
