Directions for Use

Squeeze GENTLY.
Take 2 drops in 8-10 ounces of water. Drink 4-6 glasses every day.

Best to take without food, on an empty stomach. In this way, minerals are absorbed by your body, and not the fiber in your food. Food fiber can help excrete minerals before you get their benefits.

Only a few drops of Alkalize-U in a glass of milk will neutralize lactic acid. To neutralized soda you will need 120 drops!

For dosage, be conservative. Calculate 3% of the amount that your doctor recommends in milligrams. Conversion calculators can be found online. Compare that 3% to the mg/teaspoon on container and adjust to 3% of your doctor’s recommendations.

Do upward adjustments a fraction of a teaspoon at a time, with several days at each amount. Because they’re readily available to your cells,  you may get the desired response with even less than the 3% in milligrams.

If you have an undesired response, stop taking. Temporarily increase your normal water intake for 2-3 days, to flush out any excess. You may choose to begin again at a level that was previously comfortable. Give your body time to adjust to a new abundance of minerals.

Do not exceed 2 drops at a time, unless directed by a physician.
Keep out of reach of children.

In concentrated form, avoid contact with skin, eyes and mucous membranes. If contact occurs, flush generously with water
