Directions for Use
Keep in mind that Genki Foods products are simply food, but they are powerful. Just as you can eat too many fresh cherries and have diarrhea, you need to determine your own tolerance and your own goals.
Start by taking 1/4 teaspoon (1/2 gram) per day. Over 3 to 4 weeks, gradually increase your serving to 1 to 3 teaspoons per day. Can be taken dry, mixed in water, into your favorite juice, shake or smoothie to make a pleasant early day power drink. You may also like it sprinkled on cereal or salad.
Some people find the powder to be initially constipating. Simply consume more product (preferably Liquid) to increase the number of scrubbers (bacteria & enzymes) working in your gut. If your bowels are too loose, then reduce your intake. Liver detoxification can cause loose bowels. If this is a problem for more than two weeks, increase the amount you take for a few days and reevaluate. If the problem still persists, then reduce the amount you take, slow down the process and take your time to cleanse.
You may consider adding an essential fatty acid supplement (hemp nuts or hemp oil) to your diet as they are critical for so many processes.
