Directions for Use
The QRS is easy to use. There are only 3 steps to operate it.
- Choose your Waveform: Relax, Basis, or Vital
- Choose your Time: 8, 16 or 24 minutes (adjustable from 1 minute to 60 minutes)
- Choose the Intensity: Sensitive, Medium, or Intensive (adjustable from Sensitive=.5 to Intensive=10 for a total of 11 Power Settings)
Advanced Functionality
You can program 2 sessions that can come on every 24 hours, using any applicator that you choose. This means that a total of 3 hours of treatment could be achieved while sleeping.
Example: Fall asleep on the mat at 9pm. At 2am it could treat your injured back. At 6am the full body setting can wake you, using the Vital Intensive setting.
