Shipping (Free Shipping on Orders Over $150)*

All orders are assessed $4.50 handling fee. This helps us manage the cost of all orders – it pays for our staff to pick, pack, address and process each order. It also allows us to keep overall prices lower.

Flat Rate Shipping offered on orders of less than $150 (USA only)

  • Up to 1 lb: $3.00
  • Between 1 and 2 lbs: $6.00
  • Between 2 and 4 lbs: $11.00
  • Over 4 lbs: $14.50

Orders are shipped by USPS Mail or UPS Courier. For free or flat rate shipping we will choose the most affordable option at our discretion – First Class Mail, Priority Mail or UPS Ground (for heavy packages).

Heavy or large orders are shipped by UPS ground. Please provide a physical address that accepts delivery by UPS. UPS will not deliver to a Post Office Box.

Customers may select their preferred shipping option from the list in the checkout – you will see the metered rate.

Orders are usually shipped by the next business day – we do our best, but unavoidable delays may occur. Please make a note in the comments box of your order if you require delivery by a specific date and we will contact you if there is a problem. Be sure to provide a telephone number where we can contact you.

USPS usually delivers in 2-5 business days and UPS in 2-7 business days to locations within the US – depending on destination.

Please ensure that you have provided a valid shipping address. It is helpful to advise us if an address is either mail or courier delivery only. Please include a valid telephone number in your account information.

Once your order is shipped you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number. If you do not receive the order confirmation, please first check your junk or spam folder and then contact us to confirm that your order processed correctly in the shopping cart. If an order is incomplete in the shopping cart, and therefore not processed, you will receive an email notification.

If your order is not delivered in a reasonable time, please contact us. Do not leave it too long – we may need to track, trace, or reship.

Please white-list our address, [email protected], to make sure you are getting the tracking messages.

If you are paying by Check, Money Order or Bank Transfer, your order will be shipped upon receipt of payment.


UPS Ground Shipping usually takes 2-7 business days, depending on destination state. (Weekends are not included in the delivery time)


Other shipping methods include UPS 3 Day (3 business days + shipping day), UPS 2 Day (2 business days + shipping day), & UPS Next Day Air (arrives the following business day). Additional charges will apply for these shipping options.

We are not able to offer Express shipping by USPS.


Once the order has been shipped, we will immediately send you an email notification with a tracking number to track your item online. Please add [email protected] to your contacts to ensure you receive these email notifications. You may call us and request your tracking information by phone.


If an error is made in the shipping address or the address needs to be changed, please notify us immediately. If the order has not yet shipped, we will be glad to make any necessary changes.

Once an order shipping by USPS has left the warehouse it is not possible to change the destination address. Incorrectly addressed packages are usually returned to us by the postal service and can then be reshipped to a corrected address. Additional charges may apply.

Orders shipping by UPS can be rerouted to the corrected address. There is a UPS rerouting fee of $11.00 which will be charged to your credit card.


If you receive a damaged item, we will replace it.

If you are not happy with the quality of a product we sold you, we will refund it within 30 days, or issue account credit up to 90 days.

If you change your mind, and return something in its original condition, we will refund it.

If you are unsure about an item being appropriate for you, please call our health coach. We stand behind our recommendations, especially when the items are used as intended. Sometimes you need to take the activation dose (sufficient quantity) for a product to work.


We offer a 30-day money back guarantee on most items we sell. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, simply contact us to request an RMA number, and we will guide you to expedite your return. We offer Customer Satisfaction Guarantee – we treat you the way we want to be treated. We will resolve any problems that arise as a result of your purchase at Life Enthusiast.

We are selling heath products – their success depends on their correct selection and application. Many products will work only at the correct dosage. You may be using the right item, but maybe too little, or perhaps too much of it.

Not all things work for all people – this is the direct effect of our Biological Individuality. If we know your Metabolic Type, we can tell you with a great deal of certainty whether a product is right for you or not.

When you ship things back, please use tracking to confirm that we have received your return.


If you wish to cancel your order for any reason before it ships, please notify us immediately by phone.

Rewards for Retail Customers

Life Enthusiast offers multiple reasons for creating an account with us.

Our Quantity Discount Program for retail customers is:

  • 3% savings on 3 items or more
  • 6% savings on 6 items or more
  • 9% savings on 9 items or more
  • 12% savings on 12 items or more

If you login and create your order online yourself, you will get a 1% reward posted into the Wallet. You can cash it out on a subsequent order as a part of your payment.

We offer discounted prices for qualified resellers. We have two levels of discounts to match your level of commitment to our products. Contact us by phone to help us match your needs to what we can do for you.

Rewards for Affiliates

Once you confirm yourself as Affiliate, Life Enthusiast will reward you for orders generated by your referrals. You will receive a reward for every dollar spent by people you have referred to us.

You take the reward as credit in our store. If you choose to take it out as cash, we pay by PayPal or check (bank transfer for frequent accounts), and we require that you provide us with SSN or EIN for reporting purposes.

International orders

The shopping cart will offer metered shipping as provided by USPS and UPS. Please select your option – faster service will cost more.

USPS Priority Mail International and USPS Express Mail International offer tracking and insurance.

USPS First Class Mail International shipping is available to Canada, Great Britain and Australia on orders under $150 in value, and under 4 lbs in weight. First Class Mail can not be insured and tracking is not available to many countries. First Class mail can be selected to ship to other countries but the customer would be assuming the risk of having no insurance and limited or no tracking.

Please note that upon receipt of your order you may be asked to pay local taxes and duties. The customer is responsible for being aware of product import restrictions in their country.

Deliveries outside of North America are shipped by Air Mail and can take 10 to 30 days. Please expect higher shipping costs, and your local taxes, duties and border brokerage fees.

If you select UPS Express, the shipments are faster and more secure. UPS Express charges include border brokerage fees but not your local taxes.

Shipments to some countries experience unusually long and unexplained delays when shipped by mail. If you are concerned, please use UPS as your carrier. It is more expensive, but it offers full tracking and reliable delivery.

Customers in Canada NOTE: Please expect to pay at the post office a $9.95 handling fee plus GST (or HST) when you receive the order. We can ship by UPS Ground on special request. UPS charges a brokerage fee, the lower shipping cost is usually lost. UPS Air shipment cost includes the brokerage fee.

In some special cases we may ship a Canadian order by Canada Post at our discretion from goods that we may have in our Canadian office, or drop ship from a Canadian supplier..
