Regulate Your Bowel Movements
Allow yourself the benefits of a much needed bowel and liver cleanse. With continued use of Holy Tea, you may see and feel healthier, younger looking skin, increased energy and a happier personality!
As you remove toxic deposits from your body, you may lose dark moods caused by sluggish elimination.
By choosing how many cups of this tea you drink in a day you can regulate your bowel movements to two or three each day. Keep the toxic waste flowing, not sitting in your digestive system, rotting and filling you with poisons that cause aches, disease and aging.
Furthermore, a liver detox will promote an overall healthier body. Living a healthy lifestyle is invaluable and should not be taken for granted. We have one body to carry us through this life, so it’s important to maintain and improve ourselves as much as possible.
Holy Tea with pure Energized Water may clear many chronic or degenerative conditions.
Formulated by Bill Miller, Ph.D, Miracle Tea is a unique blend of all natural ingredients that has been used with great results for over 20 years.
Holy Tea is the original tea, and is also available in a slightly different formula called Miracle Tea which includes stronger stimulants that you may not require if the original Holy Tea is already working for you. Our bodies respond differently to natural herbs and you should decide for yourself which tea is better matched to your constitution.
Details of Holy Tea Ingredients
Why drink regular tea when you can experience fitness and wellness of a total body cleanse with the Dr. Miller’s Tea? Healthy colon supports a healthy happy life.
Dr. Miller’s Tea has been documented to positively affect even the most severe cases of chronic disease. Any disease rooted in your digestive tract (can you think of any that are not?) can be reduced and possibly eliminated by using Dr. Miller’s Tea.
It works immediately and effectively to remove chemicals, flukes, parasites, viruses, molds and pathogenic bacteria from your body. It even tackles the toughest hard drugs, takes them out of circulation and eliminates them (cocaine, meth, nicotine, alcohol, prescribed drugs, coffee, sugar, aspartame, and over-the-counter drugs). After some time with the tea, drug testing (including the hair follicle test) will show no drugs.
Continued and consistent drinking of Dr. Miller’s Holy Tea works to steadily support your body’s cells, cleaning out the junk, and rebuilding your health.
Ongoing use of the Tea will keep you protected from infections, chemicals, metals, or chemical additives in your food.
Give your body a fighting chance to become vital and healthy. Only a clean digestive system promotes the health of the rest of your cells.
The specially selected ingredients in Holy Tea are high-quality, pesticide-free, safe, natural and edible – all grown in the southern United States:
- Blessed Thistle
- Holy Thistle
- Malva Leaves
- Marsh Mallow Leaves
- Persimmon Leaves
1. Blessed Thistle (Cnicus benedictus or Carduus benedictus)
Blessed Thistle is so named because of the ancient belief that it possesses supernatural qualities.
- Makes bowel movements easier
- Cleanses a congested liver
- Relieves chronic constipation, upset stomach and gas
- Has antimicrobial properties
- Also an emotional ally to uplift spirits.
Used in traditional medicine as far back as the early sixteenth century as an appetite stimulant for eating disorders (does not increase appetite of normal people), astringent, blood purifier, choleretic (bile flow stimulant), diaphoretic (sweat stimulant), diuretic (increasing urine), expectorant, fever reducer, memory improver, menstrual flow stimulant, and salivation stimulant.
Blessed Thistle has been used for smallpox, malaria and fevers. Though it was used traditionally to stimulate breast milk flow, it should not be confused with a different milk-stimulating plant, Silybum marianum, which is called Milk Thistle, or Holy Thistle.
Blessed Thistle has fuzzy leaves and stems with yellow flowers, grows up to two feet tall and is found in meadows and along roadsides. From May to June the plant bears pale yellow flowers. Among natural-health enthusiasts, the plant is commonly used to support the female reproductive system.
It was cultivated in monastery gardens as a cure for smallpox and named in honor of St. Benedict, the founder of a holy order of monks. It is still used as a flavoring in their Benedictine liqueur.
2. Holy Thistle (Silybum marianum)
Also known as Milk Thistle, the source of popular silymarin.
- Supports the liver in the release of toxins, counteracts harmful actions of alcohol on the liver, and helps the liver return to a healthy state when alcoholic drinking stops.
- Some clinical trials indicate that it may improve quality of life and even increase life expectancy in patients with liver disease.
- Used for constipation relief, stomach and digestive problems.
- Strengthens the heart, lungs and kidneys.
- Helps lactating women produce a good supply of milk – hence Milk Thistle.
- Good tonic for girls entering puberty.
Holy Thistle is believed to have great power in purifying and circulating blood, so much that drinking a cup of Holy Thistle tea twice a day has eliminated chronic headaches.
Holy thistle has been used medicinally for over 2000 years. More recently it’s been used by HIV-positive patients to protect the liver from diseases such as hepatitis, and damage from drugs taken for HIV or AIDS.
A flavonoid in the fruit called Silymarin (with its most active beneficial component called Silibinin or Silybin) is a powerful antioxidant, and may also protect liver cells by blocking the entrance of harmful toxins, and removing them. Silymarin has also been shown to regenerate injured liver cells. It stimulates liver and gallbladder activity.
The leaves and stems are eaten as a salad green in Europe.
3. Malva Leaves (Malva verticillata)
Also called Chinese Mallow and Dong Quai.
- Mild laxative (gently stimulants bowels)
- Soothes and softens irritated mucus membranes, especially in the digestive system (helps stomach aches and irritable bowel)
- Expectorant to help lung and breathing difficulties (soothe bronchial irritation) and gargling helps a sore throat
- Mild diuretic, used for kidney disorders, retention of fluids and frequent thirst
- Emollient (softens skin)
- Increases milk flow in nursing mothers.
Malva has been cultivated in China for over 2,500 years and is now grown and eaten in salads (mild, pleasant flavor) in Europe.
Malva seed contains mucilage, polysaccharides and flavonoids.
Beware of Chinese Mallow Teas that contains Senna ( known as Cassia angustifolia, or Cassia acutifolia, or Cassia Senna, or Indian Senna, or Egyptian Senna). Cassia is a strong and harsh laxative that works by irritating the intestines. It should only be taken occasionally and for no longer than 7 days because it can create bowel dependency, stomach cramps and headaches.
Dr. Miller’s Holy Tea does NOT contain Senna.
4. Marsh Mallow Leaves (Althaea officinalis)
Also known as Sweetweed
- Mild laxative and helps indigestion and diarrhea
- Soothes and supports the digestive system
- Help lung and breathing difficulties (soothe a bronchial irritation) and gargling helps a sore throat
- Good anti-inflammatory properties
- Boosts immunity at cellular level.
Marsh Mallow is high in mucilage with expectorant and demulcent properties, reduces mucous membrane inflammation for relief of breathing difficulties, congested coughs, irritated throats and the whole digestive system. Mucilage is a natural gummy substance that does not dissolve in water. It swells up and becomes slick when exposed to fluids, and the resulting slippery material coats the linings of the mouth, throat, and stomach to relieve irritation and control coughing associated with respiratory conditions such as smoker’s cough. The polysaccharides form a protective film over inflamed and irritated mucosal tissue.
Originally marsh mallow was used to make a candy-like medicinal lozenge.
Topical and External Use
- Helps soothe and mend skin irritations, cuts, wounds, abscesses, boils, burns and varicose veins
- Helps minimize skin inflammation, useful for fighting skin degeneration, and cellular oxidation
Marsh Mallow has an inhibitory effect in hyaluronidase, which is an enzymatic action in which the hyaluronic acid and other muco-polysaccharides in the connective tissue are degraded. An inhibition and reduction in hyaluronidase leads to better moisture levels in the skin as well as boosting the dermal structure and improving wound healing processes, while at the same time reducing skin aging and diminishing inflammation.
5. Persimmon Leaves (Diospyros kaki)
Itchy eyes and nose relief without side-effects
- Mild laxative
- Reduces allergic reactions (hay fever, itchy skin) by inhibiting histamine release (effects of the flavonoid astragalin)
- Relieves skin inflammation and water loss that leads to dry skin.
- Antihemorrhagic (stops bleeding)
- Strengthens weak blood vessels such as spider and varicose veins, and hemorrhoids
- Studies have shown that compounds in Persimmon Leaves bind to excess fat and help remove fat from the body.
The tannins and flavonoids contained in the persimmon leaves have been shown to have anti-hypertensive (regulate blood pressure), anti-carcinogenic, and anti-mutagenic properties (reduce the occurrence of abnormal cells).
Persimmon originated in China and has been grown for over 1000 years in Japan (leading producer today). The Kaki persimmon fruit is widely eaten in China, Korea, Vietnam and Japan.

Directions for Use
Easily to regulate your bowel health by adjusting the amount of tea you drink every day.
You are making an Infusion – do not boil the tea bags.
Use Energized Water for best results.
Start with one tea bag and 12 cups of hot water, best heated on stove or flame. Do not microwave your water.
Cover and let sit overnight (minimum 4-6 hours).
If you’re not usually drinking enough water, add up to one gallon of Energized Water, herbal or black tea, or your favorite healthy drink. Feel free to add flavor with lemon, honey or maple syrup.
You may leave the Holy Tea tea bags in the beverage until all is consumed.
Leave it at room temperature, refrigerate or warm it up (on your stove).
Drink 2-4 ounces of the concentrate (estimate your dilution) at first to see how your body will react. Drink more if you can tolerate it.
The content of the used tea bags should be consumed. Add the herbs to soups, sauces, stews, salads, or on top of potatoes, pasta or rice. Be as creative as you like.
It is possible to experience a bit of discomfort during the first couple days. This is when your body is going through initial cleansing and elimination of old waste. Discomfort (cramping, gas, gurgling) should subside after a couple days.
Most people do not report any discomfort when they drink a small amount of the tea. Dr. Miller’s Teas help to regulate your bowels movements to 2-3 times/day.
You should continue to drink Dr. Miller’s Tea to break down toxic waste and flush it out of your body. When you feel that you aren’t cleaning out fast enough, increase the tea strength or drink more of it. This will rid your body of undigested toxins and make you feel better… and you will see that you’re actually expelling the toxicity that you have been fighting.
After the undigested remains of food are moved out (3-14 days for most), your bowel movements will return to normal and your health will start improving.
When you see black feces, it is the potentially REAL trouble being expelled. If you need some extra help, take ¼ teaspoon baking soda with 3 tablespoons of good quality Apple cider vinegar with the solid bits, followed by Dr. Miller’s Tea.
Do this after breakfast and dinner. You could also add a glass of water with an ounce of the cider vinegar, and a teaspoon of honey. Sip that during the day. This is a very good method to help alkalize your system and to kill parasites, worms, and other unwelcome creatures.
You should consult with your physician before starting this or any other cleansing exercise or weight management program.
