Take with 8 ounces of water on an empty stomach, at least one hour prior to eating and/or two hours after a meal, or as directed by your healthcare provider.
Maintenance: 1 capsule per day.
Increased support: 2 capsules per day.
Therapeutic: 3 capsules per day.
