Shake before use.
Contains green phytonutrients and enzymes that are anti-inflammatory and have a 'live' grassy-peppery taste. Traces will settle to the bottom and are best tumbled back into the oil before each use. They are processed out of clarified Extra Virgin Olive Oils.
For optimum benefits take 3 tablespoons per day, or 1 tablespoon/50 lbs of ideal body weight.
