White Pond Lily (Nymphaea odorata)

Directions for Use
To prevent irritation, always dilute before taking orally or applying topically.
For inflamed/irritated bowel, diarrhea and intestinal spasms:
Take by mouth 1-2ml, 2 to 3x/day.
Or use topically on the abdomen by combining with 1-2 teaspoons of carrier oil (olive, sweet almond, apricot kernel etc.) and massage gently.
For prolapsed bowel:
Add 2 droppers of tincture to 1/2 cup water. Use as enema in the rectum.
For prolapse of the uterus, bladder and/or vaginal dryness/irritation or excessive discharge, and excessive menstrual bleeding (more than 7 days):
As a vaginal douche (uterine or bladder prolapse), put one dropper full in 1-2 ounces of water before use. Can be combined with Shatavari, Dang Gui and licorice for dryness. It’s recommended to add red raspberry leaf to this douche combination. Make a red raspberry leaf tea (1 tsp herb to 1 cup water). Add tincture mixture and let cool.
Note: a pelvic floor physiotherapist is very helpful for prolapse.
For bleeding gums, sore throat and thrush:
Put one dropper in 1-2 ounces of water, then gargle or swish in your mouth for as long as you can.
Note: Thrush is often a systemic issue and requires a proper cleanse to get to the root cause of it.
For boils, sores and pressure sores:
Put 1-2 droppers in one ounce of water. Place small cotton cloth in the solution, then lay the cloth on the affected area for 15-30 minutes, 2-3x/day.
To reduce excess bronchial mucus/congestion and irritated mucus membranes:
1 dropper in 2 ounces of warm water and sip slowly.

Take at least 2-3 hours away (if using orally) from any medication
